I really hope that that's what happened to Sky.
But I just don't understand why she would hand off Sky (whom she never really had a bond with) and not M, who was clearly favored more.

She may well have thought that would hurt Soloman more than M disappearing. I believe her main, no -SOLE motivation, was wretched meaness toward Soloman. Nothing more complicated. Certainly not 'protective', nah. Lacks the capacity.

Since she may have never bonded naturally with Sky, it probably was easy for her.

I kinda hope she suffers horrendously watching M being deliriously happy with Soloman while she sinks into the depths of hell.

Not to argue or extinguish hope, but can you think of a case where a parent handed a child off to someone to be safely held and reported a kidnapping? And the person holding the child continued to hide the child in the face of national exposure? I know there are plenty of custodial abductions between warring parents-is that what you are thinking of? But then it is usually the innocent parent reporting the loss of the child, IMO.

I don't mean to be so pessimistic, but I do not have much hope for Sky, unless somehow Julia got him out of the country long before she reported him missing. But I still don't understand why she would "hide" one child and not both. JMO

It sounds like Solomon has some kind of new information that Julia handed Sky off to someone.

It might be helpful to be more open about that.

Sadly, Kyron Horman's parents have the same kind of hope when they speak of him sometimes even though there's no evidence that Kyron was handed off to someone.

And really, when you think of scenarios about what kind of person would take a child off someone's hands so readily, especially someone as disturbed as Julia who is putting ads around about her babies, that's not a happy scenario either, in my opinion. I don't believe in the cozy woodland cottage with baking cookies scenario for missing children. It's always more like Hansel and Gretel and the witch, and I think that was what Sky's life was like before he disappeared.

Yeah, I hope this is the case. I can't get past the feeling that JB is being protected somehow. I would have expected some kind of break down from her by now. Her family seems so nonchalant about Sky missing. It makes me wonder what they know and who is protecting her.

Maybe she just panicked knowing that she was going to have to soon produce him because of the custody mitigation. That's all I got. :dunno:

You make some good points, actually.
She would have done whatever it took to hurt Solomon. Getting rid of Sky would ensure that, for sure.

I too, hope that Julia suffers knowing that little M is safe with her daddy and her plans to separate them didn't work.

I have faith that LE have some info that they are still working. They are not gonna prosecute her for negligence.. yet. If they cant develop their case against her for bigger crimes..they will go for the small ones.

I hope they have tested M's hair for drugs.

That would be a significant crime if she was drugging her children. IMO

I'm very appreciative for all the bumps out there! Since there's a lack of new information right now, the best we can do is keep this thread going and see if there's anything left to sleuth out there. (snip)

Two things I can think of to sleuth...
1) The Arizona connection. It's there, it just needs to be uncovered. There is a reason she requested to take the kids to Scottsdale.
2) Look for patterns in her FB wall posts...the dates, days in between posts, and the times of day. Anything to be gleaned by it? Do the gaps mean anything? Narrow down windows of time for disappearing Sky? Or not.

Personally her likes and interests in music, etc. seem to be quite juvenile in terms of the subject (Like Justin Bieber and Britney Spears...??? Really? At age 30?). Seems a little odd to me.

You know, I was thinking about why she would disappear one and not both. In other words, it's all about what SHEwants and needs, not but anybody else wants and needs. The reason she is not appearing for custody hearings or cooperating with police is probably at the direction of her CRIMINAL defense attorney. She is likely following his rules to save HERSELF. Regarding the following statement made on the lostnmissing site with a new missing poster: "We cannot give anymore information except to say that he needs to be located and to please look for a living child. Thank you."

As soon as I read that sentence I thought, "Madilu, doesn't that statement just reek of J Mau?" Just last month she claimed, after doing a random search for Lindsey Baum due to receiving secret informative anonymous emails, that “significant progress” was made and that the disappearance is getting closer to being solved." Bull-o-knee.They are in no way professional SAR; I don't even know what they are, except IMO pot-stirring cons. That's my strong opinion.

So, I bet there is no information indicating we need to look for a living child --no doubt it is a made-up statement by that bizarre group that makes unverified and unsubstantiated claims about finding lost children, and also about getting tips, acting like they have some inside track. (GOC, and search and seek) It's all hogwash. That woman has a criminal history herself for insurance fraud, and is buds with none other than that whacky dog guy (H.O.) who constantly bashes LE, makes false claims of success, ...and who also has a history of non-profit fraud.

Speaking of Terri Horman...she is virtually on house arrest for life, as it stands now...so whatever is happening there is not really working out too well for her. Better than prison, I suppose, but not much. She has been deemed guilty without a trial. JMO

She's had many opportunities to clear the air and her name and lots and lots of time to do it. Instead, she chooses to live day by day without her daughter and didn't even so much as bat an eye to maintain custody of her. To me, that speaks volumes.

No cluciano - I can't think of a case where this happened. I just want Sky to be alive and to come home, healthy and happy. I know I have my head in the clouds, but I just don't want to think too hard about the other possibilities, ya know ?

Whatever has happened, I do want him to come home. And it is very frustrating to know that his mother knows where he is and she refuses to tell LE. :furious: I don't know how anyone can be so heartless and mean.

Wait, she forgot to mention she is also a heckuva storyteller and an immaculate housekeeper, apparently she also enjoys long walks (when concocting a story for an alibi).

Yes her hours seem varied. I am sure there has to be something on her computers.
