Neighbor account fits into the timeline because neighbor reportedly saw Sky in the middle of October. Based on this timeline it appears very possible neighbor could have seen Sky in the middle of Oct.

I think it was more like Mr. Terry didn't know if it were accurate or not (since the neighbor obviously didn't capture it in the photo so we either have to trust it or not, there is no concrete evidence). But it fits into the timeline so I think it could very well be accurate.

I believe Sky had some birth marks on his forehead that are present in many photos and that many people have mistaken for signs of abuse. That may be what you are seeing.

Also, yes, I see a flower print as well on the photo. Is this photo from when grandpa visited? There's lots of clothes in the corner and the same bedspread.

BBM - Those are commonly referred to as Stork Bites or Angel's Kisses. My son has one right between his eyebrows. It gets brighter in color when he is agitated or very active.

So, in Oct, SM stopped paying her maintenance fee because he lost his business. Which would likely stress her out. And then we have all this activity at the end of Oct. I think the timeline is pretty clear.

I've been looking and haven't found anything with a specific date for when JB sent an email to SM about wanting to take the kids overseas. All I can find is that an email was sent. If anyone has a specific date, that would be awesome!

Not a specific date but during one of the earlier radio shows that SM and CT were on, CT said an email was sent one week before the marathon mediation session re Arizona and Russia (and during the mediation she asked about Canada).

Yes, but not at that exact time, one week before the mediation we received an email/phone call from her attorney to S's divorce atty, Michael Thompkins, that if SM would allow her to take the child to Russia or to Scottsdale, Arizona that she would forgo child support. Of course, we turned that down and then in the mediation she then asked if she could take the children to Canada from time to time.

I agree. I think we are looking at between Oct. 15th with the last possible sighting and Nov 1st when mediation began.

She had 2 children, no job, so when her maintenance fee stopped, how was she going to pay rent? I don't know much about habits of sugar daddies, but I would guess the ones who actually want adult companionship aren't that interested in women with children. It seems likely she was very stressed due to lack of finances, which from what I read about OCD, aggravates OCD symptoms.

I think the biggest reason the accuracy is being questioned is because it seems like no one else saw Sky in the weeks leading up to his disappearance. That may not be so unusual if JB rarely left the apartment. I don't doubt the neighbour believes she saw both M and Sky that day, I'd just like to get more information. Did she speak to them or JB? Was Sky walking, or in a stroller or in JB's arms? If JB was able to trick M into thinking Sky was in the car that day, was she also able to fool others the same way?

Given how important the timeline is, I hope they are able to get it narrowed down correctly.

I know this has been said, but I just want to throw it out there to Seach and Seek again. Thank you so much for all your have done and are doing for this beautiful baby boy. I am so moved by this case and having you here to pass along information is so amazing. So thanks to you again, and tell Solomon we are here and behind him. We just want to bring Sky home.

Possibly the church member JD took the picture off of his FB profile at the request of LE. It could be that they noticed this picture when he posted it and asked for a copy. I really think and hope that LE is continually following up on leads. I think the fact that Solomon has an attorney involved, and they are talking to LE on a regular basis, I think that LE will not let Sky become a cold case.

ETA: I don't think LE has searched landfills because it would be too difficult to do without a date. Trash gets emptied every Friday at Veloce Apartments, so that, combined with the timeline, should help narrow things down.

There is one hope out there for me with this timeline. Possibly she sold Sky. I can only hope that if this is possible, that she "sold" him to someone that truly wanted a baby and is being good to this precious baby. However, it does help create some doubt in me that she just killed this baby.

She lost her financial support, she was looking in to a sugar daddy site, Sky is missing. She may have been mad because the support stopped, and poor little Sky was caught in the cross-fire. Or, she was desperate for money - and by the way, who is paying for her attorney? - and she sold Sky for the dough.

I hate typing this, and I know it sounds harsh, but realistically, we need to try to think like her. I can't imagine how ANYONE could do such things, but we need to find Sky.

If people wanted to buy a baby I presume they would go for a newborn. Not a child like Sky who is easily recognizable. Sky doesn't look like a classic baby with blue eyes and blond hair so if someone saw him they would likely have no problems recognizing him. When baby Lisa went missing I believe there were hundreds of false sightings of her because she looks like so many babies out there. I haven't heard about one false sighting of Sky (I presume because he actually has a distinct look to him so he is not likely to be confused for another child).

For the record, JB created the Sugar Daddies account in July, so it was not in direct response to SM discontinuing the "maintenance fee" in October, although I suspect JB sensed that time would come and was trying to be prepared. I think she also just wanted a more lush lifestyle in general.
