Kudos and a HUGE thanks to Carlk!!! What a wonderful service. He has taken his time to come here and help. I certainly appreciate his efforts, and like others, this picture has absolutely brought tears to my eyes.

Does SM have his own photos from when he was a child? Because they look so similar, presumably those can be used as age progression.

Awesome thought Jjenny.

Robert A on FB that had all the Sky info (some erroneous) posted that this pic was from April 1, 2011. I've attached a copy of Robert's photo. [Mods - hope that's appropriate, if not, please remove.]

In comparing the carousel to the pool photos from when G-pa was here in April (I believe), it's possible it is during the same time frame. The biggest difference is his head is tilted in the carousel photo, but otherwise it appears to be within the same time frame.

ETA: I've snipped your picture and attached a more clear carousel photo of Sky. Hope that's okay, ~n/t~.

CarlK - that picture brings tears to my eyes! He's still so beautiful.

I can't believe that a mother would do this to their child. She's sick alright, but not insane. I'd love to spend a few minutes with her to ask her:
"WHERE IS SKY, JULIA???!!!!"

Who is Robert A?

I found this picture of Sky. I think he's about 1 year old here. Still in diapers and probably learning his first steps.

How old was Sky here?

This photo was obviously taken prior to the time Solomon didn't see his children so Sky would have been around 1 or thereabouts.

Just saw there are landslides in Bellevue today and lots of mud and some homes are being evacuated due to the the sliding hillside. I hope this does not create more problems for finding little Sky. Julia . . . please won't you help bring your little one back to his loved ones?

I have not heard what has been happening with JB's visits with little M? Has she been attending her supervised visits? Has there been any further info from the courts?

I have been thinking about the child abuse/neglect charges but in Washington State you must prove that the neglect actually harmed the child. Since we cannot produce a harmed child, there may not be enough evidence to bring charges against JB.

Last we knew wenwe she hadn't attended any visits. Sadly there's no new information from anyone. We know someone has been accessing JB's FB page but beyond that, it's dried up.

There might not be enough to prove neglect for Sky but I'm sure that she can be tried for neglect of M seeing as M was only 29 lbs when the state took her from the home after Sky's disappearance. At the very least, it would get her off the streets, out of her comfort zone, and hopefully start talking. One can wish anyway.

I was thinking the exact same thing. :)

I took a shot at adding about a year to Sky's appearance.

I took the watermelon photo and grew his hair out, turned his eyes toward the camera, darkened his eyebrows a tad, gave him a slightly more developed chin and cheeks, and a slight bit more on the tip of his nose.

His mouth probably needs a little more work to make it look more realistic. But this is what I have so far.

Which is about right. That's how he would look if he was 3 years old. His ears are little bigger though. If you look at Solomon's ears, they have similar shapes.

Leaving children unattended in a vehicle would be considered neglect. I don't recall what she got the first time around. No jail time, IIRC. Parental classes and a fine. They should have harsher penalties for parents leaving their minor children unattended.

I would like to know if they are getting any insight from M now. Without JB's cooperation I think Sky's sister may be the only hope for cracking this case. I want to believe that he is still alive, but with everything we know. . .I'm having a hard time holding onto that hope. :(

I doubt LE will charge her with neglect for leaving Sky in the car on November 6th for a couple of reasons. First, it sounds like they don't think he was ever in the car that day (maybe another day?) dead or alive, as the dogs had no hits either way. So, they can't prove she actually left him there -- only that she said she did. Second, if they charge her with neglect on that day, it would mean they couldn't prosecute for murder or other crimes later because it can't be both. Either she abandoned him in the car and he walked off/ a stranger took him or JB did something with Sky and he wasn't in the car that morning, like she said he was.

I am thinking too that MM can be key!!!!!!!! Still probably is to early to ask her. She has to much changes those few months. Now she needs time to accept happiness as NORMAL LIFE.

Thank YOU CarlK... you did fantastic work!!

My understanding is one has nothing to do with the other because there is no statute of limitations for murder. She can be charged for neglect if proven she left Sky whether it was in the car or not and she if it is later proven that she was involved with his murder, she can be tried for murder.

Of course, they will need overwhelming evidence to prove she was responsible for his murder.

Take the Skelton case as an example. He was charged for their disappearance but they don't have enough to charge him with murder. The boys are still missing.

There's more going on in this case than we are privy to, imo.

But didn't she admit to leaving them alone for 12+ hours during the mediation? that's certainly neglect.

This lady is off her rocker! Who does this? How does a mom not give a rats behind about where her child is (well, unless she knows where he is...ala Casey Anthony)? :banghead: Why aren't Grandma Nadia and Uncle Stan screaming from the roof tops about where Sky is? Grandma has time to send ridiculous emails, but won't show her face...why not? Furthermore, how in the heck does she go months without seeing her grandchildren or Stan seeing his neice/nephew?

This family reminds me of the Anthony's except Nadia and Stan are keeping their mouths closed, unlike GA, CA and LA. :furious:

Couldn't agree more Bree. I was so ticked off the day the reporter happened to catch Stan for the interview and his uncaring attitude toward his nephew's disappearance. Obviously they are very uncaring people, sickening.

She did admit to that (or so we've heard) but there's questions about how long Sky has actually been missing (and, we've all learned how reliable, truthful, and accurate JB's words are). Sky may have been missing since June, July, August, September....who knows at this point? JB is saying she left him unattended during the mediation and she's saying she left him unattended in the car that day. But, we can't prove it because we don't when Sky actually disappeared. And, frankly, she says a lot of stuff that isn't true. So, if she's convicted for neglecting him during the mediation but it later comes out that she "disappeared" him months prior, then what? It can't be both. I'm in no way a legal expert, but I just can't see how you can charge someone with two crimes that might be mutually exclusive.

That said, I think they should proceed with neglect charges for M in regards to leaving her unattended during the mediation and for not feeding her to a very severe level. There's evidence for that and no potential for double jeopardy. Believe me, I think JB belongs behind bars at this point.

Hopefully, Gitana or someone else with legal expertise can shed light on this. If they charge JB with neglect for Sky but he was actually "disappeared" months prior and they find this out after she's already been convicted for neglect, can they charge her with murder? Does the conviction for neglect get dismissed? What happens? Also, would a prosecutor be likely to move forward when the only proof is the mother's word (which she may later rescind)? Thanks in advance!
