As a child I was the victim of parental kidnapping and luckily my Father came to his senses and returned me. Let's hope that someone comes to their senses and returns this adorable wee boy to where he belongs.
There are lots of photos with extended family members on both maternal and paternal side of the family. On her side, she got what looks like a younger brother and mother in some of the photos with the kids.
I know this is somewhat far fetched. But it appears the families have some money affording them the luxury of a PI just to follow someone around.
Thanks. I guess I didn't go past page 10 of her photos on facebook.
Pic after pic of one or both of the kids, and her. And rarely, the dad. Sometimes alone in a swimming pool, alone in the yard, etc.
So no one has seen Sky in two weeks? I'm wondering what the other child said about that to investigators. Has she seen him? And if not, did she question where he was during that time?
A woman who answered the phone at the office of Biryukova's attorney, Veronica Freitas, said she would not be returning any media calls.
Iafrate said she did not known whether Biryukova, a native of Ukraine, has a valid passport.
She also said that one witness told police she had stopped by the abandoned car within an hour after Biryukova said she had parked it at the side of the road, and found it empty.
QUOTE]Biryukova had no additional adult criminal history, but was charged with second-degree theft as a juvenile when she was 16 after she was caught stealing clothes from the Bellevue Square Nordstrom store, according to juvenile-court records.
Court documents say she was stopped by a loss-prevention officer, who recovered six tank tops, three skirts, three pairs of jeans and a dress, together valued at $587.90, that Biryukova had stuffed into old shopping bags.
"Julia admitted to the theft, saying that she did it because she didn't think it was fair that her friends stole and had all these new clothes that they didn't pay for and she wanted her clothes for free; she also said it was peer pressure," a Bellevue officer wrote in a police report.
The case was dismissed after Biryukova completed 24 hours of community service and six months of community supervision, court records show.

In a link above, it is stated that investigators interviewed the sister. She said Sky was not in the car when it ran out of gas.
When was the last time they were to their preschool? I have added it to the map (as well as the hospital)
need a local to weigh in but where she claims to have run out of gas is NOT in the direction of the hospital fwiw... (at least as it appears to me)

http://abclocal.go.com/wabc/story?section=news/national_world&id=8424606When investigators questioned relatives, family friends and neighbors, only Biryukova and the boy's sister reported seeing him in the past two weeks, said Bellevue police spokeswoman Carla Iafrate.
The girl told police Sunday that her brother had been in the car when they left it, Iafrate said. A detective trained in questioning children interviewed her again Monday, Iafrate said, but "nothing significant" came out of it.
that abc video I posted says LE has removed the gas tank from the car for examination
Wait BBM I thought she said he was in the car?
Let me go back and look

Weird. I guess they are checking to see whether it was tampered with? Or something?
No, they want to see how much gasoline remained in the tank.
That's what I thought I read too. ??
