Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office Detectives arrested a registered sex offender after he attempted to meet a 14-year-old for sex. CCSO detectives said they arrested Walter A. Knowles, 76, of Kelso, after he showed up at a pre-arranged location to meet the minor for sex. The "girl" was actually a detective who had intercepted an online chat that Knowles was making in an attempt to meet the girl. While the detective was chatting online with him saying she was only 14 Knowles still wanted to meet.

Thank god it was a police set up. Hopefully he will die in prison.
