(PDF REPORT 4: Not posted at link) (Could this report be one of a Minor and that is why it is not posted for public view ? Or, Could this report be dated back sometime in Dec when Ron and Misty had the road rage incident with CJ? Or, could this be an incident that happen when Misty reported her purse stolen when she went to purchase drugs?)

I've read the police reports on Misty/Donna. I can't seem to find the police reports for Ron, Tommy or Hope. I have read the warrants for all of them, but not the police reports. TIA if you can help me find them.

Well, I have now located, read and filed all of the arrest reports. IMO, Ron is the ring leader on the drug trafficing. The others work for him with maybe an exception for Donna. But she was working along with Misty so I guess you could say that she was in a way working for Ron too.

Buffaloe Bluff Road at the railroad tracks, sounds real familiar huh? Isn't this the location where the dogs lost Haleigh's scent?
Dunns Creek Bridge, isn't this where Ron made statements that this is where he would throw someone off the bridge if he wanted to get rid of someone? It appears the rumors that came out in the beginning of this case are re-appearing like magic as facts.

After reading through the warrants, one thing jumps out at you. As far as wannabe drug "kingpins" go, these people were dumber than a box of rocks.

The amount of money involved with each transaction was chump change, yet these "kingpins" were apparently so broke or untrustworthy they couldn't even front their own purchases for re sale.

Noooooo, these clowns were so low budget they had to meet the UC guy, collect his money, and then TAKE HIM to THEIR purchase point to get the merchandise and complete the transaction. We don't know what price they had to pay their source, but it was certainly much less than their sales price of $140.00 yet they couldn't even scrape it up. As a result, FIVE people were arrested when ONE person could have handled the entire transaction by simply buying their merchandise FIRST and bringing it with them to the point of sale.

Stoopid, Stoopid, Stoopid

(cough, cough) the Mastermind of the group probably thought that since he wasn't selling his own drugs it probably wouldn't count as "real" drug dealing. He was just acting as the deliverer..............yeah, right.

Can't Ron's white chevy truck be confiscated because it was used in a drug transaction?

Guarrantee that if TN is asked if she has read the arrests reports she will deny reading them. She will say that she trusts whatever her boy tells her.....................

Yes...I have been screaming this out since last night. Thought I was going crazy.:furious: All these locations are back in the picture. I feel even more now that what ever happen to Haleigh, had to revolve around drugs and guns!:furious:

Was there a buy/sell on the day they were arrested? True to their MO, didn't RC get in the car with UC detective and Misty? I haven't seen that report yet. Does anyone know?

I'm with Concerned Papa. This is chump change they are dealing in. For what? They gave up their freedom to sell 9 pills here, 18 pills there? And what's with the strange counts? 9, 18, 71? Me thinks they were having to keep a few for themselves.

Did not a single one of them stop to think this was illegal? They want to be thugs or gangstas? I just don't get it. Well, they can now be thugs or gangstas where it counts I guess - in prison.

Btw, it looks like the most profitable sale was TC selling 45 Oxicodones for $750.00. And I always thought he wasn't too bright, but looking at these others, he looks like Einstein.

Donna received $800.00 for her stash, but she had to give up 155 of her pills (although she may have shorted the detective 20 pills, because I think the count was only 135, unless that was a typo on the report).

I'm just totally baffled by it all. Five people have ruined the better part of their lives.

Why would they trust this person with their lives like this? I wonder how they met him. If I was going to turn to a life of crime I would A- involve nobody else because people can't be trusted and B- only deal with people I know really really well. I guess that's why I'm not a criminal.

The fact that RC truck was used to go and get the drugs and that they were dealing out of that truck, yes it will be taken by LE, and since he has also been arrested for a felony he can forget about ever holding a gun permit again...And I would just about bet that they have already went to his home and taken control of all of his weapons..

Yeah and what if your sources end in jail with you because you told an undercover cop where they live and decide they don't appreciate it?

Coincidence? Surrrre it is....

New Drug Arrest in Palatka

PALATKA, Fla. -- One week after five people were arrested on separate drug charges, the sheriff's office has announced yet another drug arrest in the county.

Robert Stevens, 31, faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 14 to 28 grams and issuing fraudulent prescriptions.

The drug/vice unit of the sheriff's office had been investigating Stevens for fraudulent prescriptions.

When police learned he would be picking up Oxycodone from Palatka Drugs Tuesday afternoon, detectives waited for him. As he left the drug store with the pills, Stevens was arrested.

He had 120 Oxycodone pills with him, and detectives said his vehicle had many fraudulently printed prescriptions in it.
