Tap dance, indeed! I know you have learned to get on with your life, but it is something one never gets over. I'm so sorry you were molested.

Thank you to you and Leila. Normally it doesn't affect my life on a daily basis- although the memories of it happening are still vivid, I can even tell you what dress I was wearing when it happened- it's only when things like that have the power to surprise me that are traumatic.

Oh, I agree and I use the term regularly. I am just saying what I have seen from child abusers.
A relative works in a psych ward with the criminally insane, the majority of the "patients" are child abusers. There are a lot of them in there who are manipulating the system in order to stay out of jail for their crimes. They all claim they're being persecuted, it wasn't their fault, some say it was their victim's fault, it's all poor me complaints.

Yeah, I saw it. And wondered how many of them they will find 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on.
....and whether they will find the men actually taped their encounters with the children.

I agree. I just hope that everyone understands EXACTLY what we are turning these children over to. As per my previous link the state of Texas is not prepared to handle this. Abuse is simply abuse. If it takes place in a home the well meaning government put you in OR it takes place in your familiar home surroundings.

As far as abuse, there is no evidence of abuse of young children at YFZ.

BTW, you state that with some assurance. So do you have access to the evidence lists and reports of findings in the case so that you know that as a fact? Because as far as I know, there is a gag order on the case which prevents any info about exactly what was found from being released except to parties involved in the investigation.

Are you a part of the investigation? Or is this an assumption you are making?

Linask, Could you give me a link to what you are asserting as to 15 or 16 minors? I keep reading 3 to 5.

thanks!

Found one for you!

Underage and Pregnant

On Thursday, testimony in the giant custody case revealed that more than 20 girls taken from the polygamist Texas ranch became pregnant or gave birth before they were 16 or 17.

"There is no abuse at the YFZ" sounds like the mantra the FLDS members are constantly repeating.

I sure as heck understand EXACTLY what the children are coming from and I am glad to know that they are not in danger of being abused right now. They are allowed to play with toys for the first time in their lives and most likely are confused, but happy. They are finding out there is more to life than being ordered around and disciplined.

It's difficult for me to believe any mother would want a life like that for her child. I can't imagine, even for a moment, my children having no toys and multiple mothers. Worse, watching my children being abused and being powerless to protect them.

You say there is no evidence of abuse of young children. Were you there? Are you qualified to make such a statement, or is this just your opinion? CPS doesn't agree with you and has already informed the judge of their findings. While things might not be perfect, I believe these kids are in a much better place than they were.

I checked out this link:

http://www.captivefldschildren.org/index.php

If you click on "Photos" and scroll down the page there's a heading titled "First group of girls taken." If you click on the small pictures they will enlarge and for the first time, we see young teenage girls. I've spotted a number that would probably be in the 13 to 16 age group.

I couldn't believe that they are asking for donations on this website!

Keep in mind this is the FLDS website for propaganda...They're trying to make it look like Waco, yet in a couple of pictures I could detect smiles on the faces of the teenages like they were glad they were leaving and being rescued! The tears were mainly on the faces of the old ladies.

OT LOL, you post in the Peterson thread and you are still shocked?

For some reason, Peterson and the FLDS seem similiar. Might be the "world according to.... attitude" or the "I don't care what the evidence/witnesses say, it didn't happen" attitude. Or the attitude toward women. Or the multiple women thing. Maybe it is the poor me attitude. Or no, it could be the "honorable life thing." Dang, a lot of similiarities.

If it is found that girls are turned over to men at puberty to, "marry" the men, "have sex" with the men, and have babies then to me it is point blank pedophilia, sexual abuse, and rape.

If it is found that babies are water boarded from infancy to learn to remain submissive and to be taught not to cry, then that is point blank physical abuse.

I think that the FLDS is not a religion, but a dangerous cult started by pedophiles with a pathological need to control people, and that they do it all in the false name of religion.

The devil can quote the bible for his own evil works. I think the leaders of the FLDS are quoting the bible to have power over others, act out on their pedophilia, and do whatever other disgraceful things that we don't yet know about.

There are some foster homes in Texas and other states where sexual, physical, and emotional abuse occur. I agree. But, that is not the case with most foster homes. Many children have a chance in the foster care system. I believe there is a 100% chance that any child raised within the FLDS compound will suffer at least one type of abuse. Some may never heal.

I too could see the smiles on the teenage girls. :) I saw a few of the older ladies with their hands over their face as if they were crying, but didn't see any actual tears. This is most definitely a propaganda piece, but I'm curious........was very interested in seeing the young girls because so far all we've seen are the older ladies.

 Well said, Lion! Excellent post and I totally agree with you.

FLDS is nothing more than a cult, run by power hungry pedophiles. IMO

Oh, and now they are asking for donations.

LOL..................for a moment, I had forgotten about ole DP. Hmmmm....you could be right about similarities. Do you think DP is watching this and saying, "Dang........how to I join this religion." DP would love having 8 wives and bossing them around, and having them worship him.

Thank you Ca-Sun:).

Donations? I think that they bled the beast enough. The beast is our government, but it is us who paid the taxes. That was our money that funded a cult based on control and pedophilia. Just another disgraceful behavior from a despicable cult. Sadly, some people will actually donate to their twisted cause.
