Mrs Perfect didnt need an icky sex murder, she already had her Foreign Faction which was far more glamorous.

The sex intruder doesnt explain JB's historical vaginal injuries, either.

No matter how you slice it, B half killing JB and P or J "finishing her off" AND raping her while she died, just doesnt make sense. It's like overkill or...my guess...two adults staging independantly of one another.

I think Burke's only crime was being less than perfect. I don't know how any kid could be "normal" growing up in that kind of dysfunctional mess.

after reading what was written about BR in Kolar's book and here, re his interview, I have to say I agree with you completely. I can't see BR as anything other than a victim. When I think about him faking sleep, for instance, I'm chilled to the bone. Here's this 9 yr old kid, hearing noises, including his parents, but instead of jumping up and running to them, he fakes sleep and stays in bed until he's finally retrieved to be whisked away. And what makes this so weird, is that neither parent woke him up to ask about JB. And for all they knew, the 'kidnapper', could have still been in the house...but they just left BR up there alone, to fend off a foreign faction-which is one of the things that has always made the Rs look guilty. Either guilty or the most negligent parents to ever live. 1st, they put their kids as far away from their bedroom as they could, 2nd, the alarm was disactivated, next there was a broken window they forgot to fix, and then they left BR alone to fend for himself. anything else? moo

I don't believe it was leaked by Hunter. It was self-serving for the Ramseys. Just more PR spin by their lawyers.

The mere suggestion that the Ramseys had a deeply troubled little boy and his 'deeply religious, loving parents" threw themselves into a cover-up to "protect him" would garner public sympathy. Hunter would have difficulty gaining a conviction if he prosecuted the parents for something large members of the public could identify with.

It would be easy enough for LE to find out who leaked it to the tabloid. There would be no press shield and the tabloid would have to reveal their source.

It is possible Patsy didn't know there were historical vaginal injuries. iow, the digital penetration was intended to cover the most recent assault.

Didn't Smit say that Burke said his parents came into his room looking for her and it was the most frantic he had ever seen his mother?

If so, they sure didn't ask him to help look for his sister.

It's simply not believable. That "tip" about Burke was planted by Ramsey attorneys not by Hunter. In fact, such tactics were admitted by Shapiro after the Globe fired him.

If B had been party to ANY of it, his voice would not have been heard on the 911 call.

His parents would have already prepped him. He clearly had no idea what they were up to... MOO!!!

Eta- including B just stretches credibility - its hard enough to accept 2 adults conniving and staging...too many cooks spil the broth - B is just one cook too many imo.

No, I'm saying my theory is that the digital penetration that night was part of the staging. I have no clue what set off Patsy. The child might have just refused to go to bed and she was whacked.
