Whoah! are you saying PN is renting JI's parents home on Walrond? Where do JI's parents live?

The house is NOT under any Irwin family's name. It has a beneficiary deed recorded and no family members are listed as beneficiaries.
It IS listed as a registered rental house per kcmo.org rental registration records and has been for several years. So it is safe to say PN is RENTING this house and it is not owned by family members. All of this info is public information and can be found by looking at county recorder, collector and city online records.

Here's what happened. A Springfield NBC station picked up a report from the KC NBC station. The reporter/anchor rewrote that story in her own words and made a mistake. It's not the first time she has done that in this case but hopefully the last. That story was then picked up by a St. Louis station.

WSers have seized upon that erroneous report and some won't let it go.

Per KC media, Phil Netz lives on Walround. He left between 5 and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 3. He does not live on Lister. The family stayed with him for weeks after Lisa went missing. Police have questioned him including about whether he returned to the home and talked to his sister via text or phone or in person later that night.

The report that he said he was at the home that night and saw his sister sloshed is an urban myth. He has done no interviews with the media and police have not publicly said what he said during his interviews but sources close to Debbie Bradley have said he did not return. If he talked to her via phone or text is unknown.

I'm leaving to go pick up Megan Wright. She's been living three hours south of Kansas City in Springfield, MO (home or erroneous rewriter KSPR TV). She wants to get back to see family for the holidays so I offered to bring her back.

Footnote: she is signing a paper in front of a notary authorizing Sprint to release us her cell records to answer what ever questions they might. Now, for the record, Megan agreed to this two weeks ago and we've been trying to figure out to get this done legally. And, frankly, I've had to do some paid work to keep my regular clients. So, anyway, her doing this this evening is not a quid pro quo for me giving her transportation. I have children her age and I would want someone to help them out.

Confirm no doubt IMO. I can't imagine why the lawyer would lie about DB's cell records showing that the number was never called before. It would look bad to be caught lying about something like that that is in the available documents. He didn't have to say anything about it if it wasn't true.

It would also confirm or debunk the answer as to if the call really went through or not. If it is on her records, then the call more than likely went through, if it isn't, then the call did not go through.

I agree. I would be floored if there was any activity to Megan Wright's phone number from Debbi Bradley or Jeremy Irwin's phone numbers. It is one thing their lawyers were able to verify at and proclaim with certainity; it's a fact that can be verified by official records/documents. Some very important other details, on the other hand, are subject to their clients' trustworthiness and/or memory and are thus harder to verify with certainty. Imo, that's why we haven't heard the lawyers declare that no one other than Samantha Brando (and Shane) was at the house that night, or that the parents have never met or spoken to Jersey, or that Debbi was asleep all night after 10:30 p.m., etc.. The lawyers are however certain that there are no phone records tying Debbi or Jeremy to Megan, imo.

I think there ar 2 benefits to Megan having her official phone records in hand:

1. Incoming Call Records: Megan can prove with finality that her phone number never received a call from a phone number associated with Debbi Bradley or Jeremy Irwin at 11:57 pm on Oct 3 2011; no such call will appear on her official phone records. An attempted call would not show up on the intended recipient's records; only the attempted caller's records.

2. Outgoing Call Records: Megan can see what numbers were called/texted that night/morning and then tie those calls to herself, Dane and/or whomever else was using her phone during that time frame. She apparently doesn't know exactly who Dane was talking to and who else might have used her phone to call whomever. Imo, LE knows and has already talked to all parties whose phone numbers appeared on Megan's phone records (incoming and outgoing) in that time frame. But Megan has not likely been told the details and she probably really wants to know who was called after all of this scrutiny. I would.

Megan is very helpful which tells me she has nothing to hide. She even mentioned the possibility about wondering if Jersey would allow her to come visit him at jail. She has no romantic interest in him any more but is willing to help.
I have made very clear to her to that anything she does is based on her desire to help and we have no quid pro quo based on me having given her a ride part of the way back to KC last night. As I've said before, I have kids her age and if they needed a lift, I'd appreciate someone reaching out to them.

I have always thought this as well, that if there really was a body in there, there should of been multiple hits all over the place. I know this isn't the correct thread for that discussion though.

I am also not surprised that a fellow PI has those thoughts. It just goes to show there is a lot of the story that we don't know and that making judgements based on very limited information seems a little premature.
