Hello Ron, I'm responding here but this should really go in the 'cadaver dog hits in DBs bedroom' thread. On December 5th, you posted:
A source close to law enforcement tells me that cadaver dog in the Lisa Irwin missing baby case hit on a blanket, a toy, and her clothes last reported wearing. If true, that means the fluid that secretes from the body upon death were possibly on those items.

How does this info from your PI friend affect what this other source told you r.e. the hit or hits in the bedroom? Maybe it doesn't affect your view on this at all. TIA

I cannot confirm the accuracy of the information given to me by the other source. But it was information I was told by someone who I trust and who should know.
I'm torn on the cadaver dog thing still. I have immense amount of respect for my friend Pat Brown and she's very convincing that a hit is a good hit. A lot of good people but different sides to the issue. Help! :)

Ron Rugan isn't an unknown person he has been on websleuths radio talking about Lisa a few times. He didn't just come out of no where he has been involved with websleuths but I don't think he posted on the board before this.

This verification is in the best interest of RR also. It would prevent anyone from masquerading as him and spreading misinformation. I don't consider it insulting in any way.

Hello Kansascitypi - first let me apologize for all the back and forth about being verified. WS does like to verifiy its professional posters because it allows our members to put a little more stock in what you have to say. As was posted earlier, here is the information becoming verified:

I'm not sure where to put this, but I think this is why there is some confusion about the house on Waldron. It's from Fox4 News on Oct 7th.

http://fox4kc.com/2011/10/07/new-twists-in-search-for-baby-lisa/

ETA. . the video, not the article.

Well, I have been back and forth between two states and

that is the first time I have seen this video.

This is the reaction 3 days into a missing baby search, and this is how the "parents" react and respond?

It would appear to me at this venture that baby Lisa never stood a chance just like Caylee. jmo

It's the first i've seen this video as well, but likely because I have had trouble playing the Fox videos.

I am still confused about the Waldron house. Is that house in that video PN's or the Jeremy's parent's home? It is Jeremy's dad that opens the door.

unbelievable!!! Hard to watch how the family just threw local help under the bus like that. 3 days in and they were done. Don't think they've done anything since except Trick or Treat with ABC in tow.

It is the Waldron home. The reporter said that and it was on the screen too. I think the confusion was the reporter said it was a relative of JI's home and then MI came out (note she was yelling something about having a deal with the national media) and then RI came to the door. So it was definitely confusing.

I did feel for the Netz grandparents. At least they spoke of Lisa.

I'm with you guys though. The behavior at Waldron was quite shocking. I feel like that female reporter as they shut the door in her face. . .Wow. :disbelief:

pretty house. DB has real good taste and good money when he picks a rental. As anyone can see, the house is in very good shape and if I am correct, well decorated.

Was that Jeremy's father who answered the door? Nice people (NOT!) .. they wouldn't even tell people to go to hezz, they just closed the door on the press.

That's a great link, hambirg..thank you.

I still want info on that rental. I wonder when it was rented...is it possible it was rented about the time of the crime, compliments of a benefactor? Has the public been snowed again? Why can't a reporter find out this information?

I hear you, hambirg..
Most of us have been in this state of shock regarding jeremy and his married fiance from day one.

I keep getting told the house is rented by Phil N....hard to believe. Yes, it is the Waldron house.

That guy shutting the door seemed like an older version of JI...If so, we know where JI gets his social skills.

Anyone find out how must the parental units have made from ABC, etc? Cindy Anthony made enough to retire from public displays..permanently.

Bolded by me. Who picked out the rental? I'm not knitpicking but just curious because i'm unsure who's house is on Waldron Street.

BBM That's not what I saw, they spoke to them briefly although I couldn't make out what they were saying, and at 1 am I'm not going to crank the volume up to find out.

We have been told Phil N. rented it. I have been asking for specifics on it but haven't got a bite. People keep saying he rents it. I want to know when and how...but keep getting told it is cheap to rent homes there. Not according to the real estate guesstimate...but have been told that's wrong too.

My instinct tells me there is a story there.

With the Irwin Grandfather answering the door I thought it was possible that PN and Irwin Grandparents lived on Waldron Street.. just different blocks??
