I think it's totally ridiculous that the judge decided to admonish them today, when he never admonished them through the whole trial. People had commented about this before, and one person stated an ex-juror he knew who was admonished daily by judge complained the jury resented the judge's inference that they were too stupid to know any better....so I will apply that here and now.
And how does HE know what they will be thinking about tonight? Is he psychic, going to come in (late as usual) tomorrow and say "I know what you were thinking....!" It's a little late in the game for him to get so picky with the jury. It's condescending and annoying. But not as annoying as the defense still throwing out objections, which I have NEVER heard of during the deliberation phase of the trial.
The up side is they will get to rest and be refreshed for tomorrow. I imagine(d) they would want to be fresh so they would look and sound alert, smart and confident to deliver a verdict - I guess mid-morning.
