That's great, Tricia, and everyone! I will anxiously await hearing which case and which book this is so I can read it!

Congrats to Tricia, all the mods and members of WS. A well deserved pat on the back to everyone.

It's killing me (no pun intended) wanting to know which case the book is about. I think we should use our WS skills to figure out which case it is. Maybe Tricia can play the "hot and cold" game with us? I'll go first. The below cases might be too new and too discussed though.

This forum is heads and tails above the rest. Debates may be "lively" but certainly it's far from a free for all.
Thank you Tricia, Mods and fellow posters for making this place the absolute best!

WS is the best on the net, thanks to Tricia and the mods,

That's just awesome!

I swear sometimes when I watch Nancy Grace I wonder it any of the callers are from WS.

Now, how cool is that??

:woohoo:

I think it's well deserved. Some of the people who post here blow me away with the commitment they have toward certain cases. I have learned so much.

Times do change, huh Sweetie?! :woohoo:
And to think how close it was to becoming HoffmanHell......:bang:

hahahaaaa.....

Yeah and I remember River and Murphy and geezzz can't remember the rest....I feel so old. I was thrilled to the core when Tricia took it over. I was afraid she'd have so much hassle running the forums she'd have to give it up to have a life!

Most awesome! Tricia and the mods most definitely deserve huge pats on the back for helping keep this place what it is.

This will be fun. However I really can't tell you if you get it right but I'll give you a few hints.

Missing Person's forum. Not a current case. Think sensational and crazy perp.

I KNOW, I KNOW!!!!!

JENNIFER WILLBANKS - THE RUNAWAY BRIDE!

She is co-authoring a book about a murder case. It wasn't a big national case like some but it was talked about on WS in the "Missing Person's" forum a few years back.

The reporter was SO impressed with the work you all did that she wants to include a bit about WS in the book.

Take care,
Tricia
I think the bolded parts are clues, too. :)

*Missing person was murdered
*Not a big national case
*A few years back
*Impressed reporter means WSers got very close!

Add to that:

*Sensational and crazy perp
*Case is closed

OK, if it was a murder case, it can't be Jennifer Willbanks. Dang!

OK, how about the wacky millionaire heir that killed and beheaded his roommate, and probably offed his wife and best friend too. Can't remember his name.
