It should be working again.
Thank you. I am still getting some on specific forums/sections.

Under the Crimes section, the following are going to the ooops page for me:

Crimes in the News
Cold Cases
Serial Killers

There is also one in the Trials section below:

Trials

These are just a few I’ve tried. Let me know if you want a comprehensive list, as that might take some time to gather. Just reporting what happens for me - if it’s a timing thing, then it might be just me.

Really appreciate your help!

@fraize, thanks for the upgrade & updates.

One thing I'm noticing, not sure if it's related to the update. A news website I've previously linked now shows as:

But, as far as I can tell, the link actually works...?

Unidentified also shows the error.

@fraize When I click on Home and go down through the sections there are quite a few 'Oops' errors. I'm able to get to some of the threads under them though. For example...Suzanne Morphew under Located Persons Discussion I can get to by searching her name or going under my watched threads.

That's weird. Other links are working. I tried to re-paste the link and it remains like that, though.

Remember our team has been working on this since very early this morning. I'm hoping they have gone home to get some sleep. It may be tomorrow so again, thank you for your patience.

Keep the bug reports coming!

@justme11 - I was unable to replicate your errors, but @TwinkieDefense's link is not working for me. I'll alert the codemonkeys and get them banging on their keyboards!

and @Knitty that news website's OpenGraph card is currently rendering that because it somehow thinks the server is in the UK.I'm looking into it!

I logged out, cleared history/cache and I'm still getting it. I'm on Android.

I get this error message when trying to make a new post. I'm not sure what a browser console is.

I think they've squashed a bunch of the "Oops" broken links. Make sure you use the links from the forum-lists, and not the links you've posted. So the link from @TwinkieDefense ...

https://websleuths.com/missing-persons-discussion.60/

won't work, but the link directly from the list-of forums...

Missing Persons Discussion

will work. Our coders' original solution for the broken links removed the "/forums/" part of the URL, but that ended up causing more problems than it solved, so they figured out another way to make links work.

Also, the error reported by @Knitty that showed "This website is unavailable for your location." for the Delta flight story has been fixed, however you'll have to re-post that particular link for the embedded card to render properly. See below!

I'll have another look at the posting bug from @Bounceycat, but please try posting again when you get a chance.

Thank you, everybody for your patience, and for sending me your bugs and error messages! Keep 'em coming!
