Somebody needs to remind ALV a man is DEAD! This is not a Comedy Revue. Jodi admittedly murdered a man. She stabbed, shot and butchered a MAN. He is DEAD.

Jodi planned to go to Travis' home and murder him.

Beth is saying she interviewed Travis' roommate, Tyler in 2011, and he spoke to her about what she thinks is the nasty e-mail we heard from Travis to Arias yesterday.
She believes the reason Travis was so mad was because Arias had hacked into is e-mail or some other kind of media.
This is the one Tyler asked of Travis, 'Wow, are you sure you want to sent that?".

I find that in every hostile incident Travis has with Jodi has nothing to do with him trying to cover up his flirtations and getting angry over bein busted - I find that his rage has more to do with his incredrulous amazement at the audacity of her pathological lying. My abusive relationship involved a manipulating pathological liar. And even though I was unhealthy and stayed longer than I should have, nothing enraged me more than his pathological lying and it would send me off the handle. There could be a freaking elephant in the room and the bf would say "nope, not there- you must be seeing things" - and I would look like the crazed one yelling "ARE YOU KIDDING ME??"

I think thats the point Travis had reached with Jodi. He was spiritually sick and unhealthy (which is why he kept her in his life) but like me, I think he was a control freak and was hellbent on trying to change her. And he ended up looking like the crazed one while she's pretending theres no elephant in the room.

ALV is totally misinterpreting his anger there. And JM is missing the mark if he doesn't point out that Travis is just hacked that he can't believe he is somehow addicted to a psycho who refuses to just be honest instead of constantly coming up with all these fabrications about why she's invading his privacy or trying to manipulate him.

Just want to say I found it amusing in a horrified kind of way when JW had ALv on the stand. LOLing at the absurdity of it. What was the point of having her testify if all she did was read excepts from a journal and turn to JW for the answer.

JW would ask, would you describe this as "escalation" and ALv would say "yes, I would call it escalation."

Then JW would ask "is this part of the continuum that you described to us" and ALv would answer "yes, that's exactly it."

Did my ears deceive or did ALv also say at one point that "in this case it takes ONE to tango." Meaning that Travis was abusive all on his own and Jodi did not contribute to the dynamics at all. So was he talking to himself?!

Oh-em-gee! Someone should tell this "expert" that it does take TWO to tango, otherwise its just that hippie chick at the festival (you know the one) who dances to every song all by herself.

She is clearly using her credentials to push an agenda and nothing else. That's NOT how it's supposed to be.

I totally agree. This is different from a common person on the street saying the mistruths she is parroting. Because of her credentials, her testimony is being given more weight. What a horrible misuse of a talented and fruitful life's work.

i think one of the most shocking things i've seen in a trial is when she said jodi was the victim, not travis. I realize she tried to parse that to mean that ta abused her up until the murder (which was so suspiciously glossed over, as if it were a minor detail), but the fact that she doesn't acknowledge a brutal murder as abuse or as a culmination of the obvious stalking, controlling, threatening of friends, etc, is mind bendingly scary and idiotic. I can't believe they are allowing this to take place.

I knew from the start this would be bad just from looking at her 20 page cv, but this is unimaginably sick.to anyone questioning jm's aggressive approach...you would do well imo to take a step back and consider and absorb what this witness is doing. No one in jm's postion would not be infuriated because she knows exactly what she's doing. She knows it's intellectually dishonest, and does not care. To me, this is worthy of the legislature setting stricter guidelines on who can testify as an expert.

^^THIS^^ needs to be bumped up every time Juan's cross exam of this witness is bashed..is called inappropriate..is accused of being way too aggressive ..etc..etc.

This is what I think happened--My own imagination.

Jodi found out about Mimi going to Cancun. She found out because she hacked into his email. She let him know that she knew. He asked her how she knew and she made up a story about a stranger coming to her work out of the blue and telling her. Travis does not believe her. He wants proof because he just *knows* that she hacked into his email and he is livid. He knows that she has done it many times and that she is a liar like no other.

I think he finally had enough of all the months/years of dealing with the devil and finally let her know how angry he was. She was playing obtuse, passive agressive games with him and he finally hit the brick wall.

I think that is what the angry email was all about.

If anyone here has other ideas, I would love to hear them.

What else does Juan have on the lying torture-murderess?

As she admits to having TA's password(s), how many of these messages being read in court and accepted/stipulated as legitimate, may JA have actually composed herself while logged into TA's account(s)?

I can't wait to see what JM has in store. Considering what evidence her last attempt at destroying evidence brought (the camera), her smashed up computer may equally delight us. CAN NOT WAIT

She's trying to make herself a victim of verbal abuse by men. I'm sure it's a tactic she's used many times when anyone challenges her or calls her out. Especially if your male.

The license plate thing had me a little bit stumped. Then it hit me. Y'all probably already figured it out, but it's just now sinking in for me.

Jodi stole some license plates to escape detection. When she replaced her real ones on the car for the legit part of her trip, in haste put it on upside down.

That is what I believe, too. Her story about the skaters tells me she did it in the Starbucks parking lot. If it were reported as being lost there she could say, "See, it must have been those boys."

I totally agree. I hadn't really thought about it all that much, but since reading some of the entries I've found online after the release of the 600 pages, I'm completely convinced that's exactly what she did. She already has what's been called hypergraphia, so it would be an easy task for her to completely make up a new journal in a relatively short period of time. She would have the original journal at her side to re-create actual events with specific dates, but adding a bunch of new entries to cover her story. However, the only quibble I have is that IF she re-wrote it, why not incorporate the phony battering stories. Maybe I'm missing something obvious here...

Because that would have given her motive to kill him. At this point, she is denying ever having gone there, that their relationship was wonderful, that she had no jealousy at all, that everything was perfect.

Putting in abuse stories would have raised red flags.

The resting of her chin on her hands is a position she often assumed in direct. I think it's just comfortable for her.

In the first picture her lips are tightly pursed and her eyes are shooting darts at JM.

In the second picture her eyes are toward the DT; her semi-smirk is telegraphing how much she despises JM and looking to them for confirmation of her assessment.

In the third picture I see passive aggression and fear. Dogs do something very similar. When a dog acquiesces power to a larger dog, they sort of sit on their haunches and growl. But they know the other dog has the power.

Yes, and there has been some speculation (rampant, at times) about Maria DeLaRosa and Jennifer Willmott's paralegal (they are not the same person), and whom it is, exactly, seated at the table behind KN, JW, et al and whether SHE is, in fact the Mitigation SPECIALIST, not to be confused with any Mitigation WITNESS since she's seated in the court everyday, but never on the WITNESS stand.

I wouldn't want to be the cause of any member of the DT being 'de-edified'.

In keeping with The Law of Distraction, of course.
