I hope Paul Sterns gets called {the guy she borrowed money from}....when jodi was at her grandmother's home she used a public computer and he said she always sat next to him. So I wonder if that computer can be searched....

Did HLN say if they would replay the opening statements or put them on their website? Our cable was killed by lightning Tues. night and the connection was only restored about an hour ago (the small TV is fine, the big one was fried), I've missed so much but really wanted to see JM's opening.

If anyone else remembers hearing this, please post! I saw Vinnie P one evening last week make a reference to JA's blog, not her journals. In it she wrote about not believing in the Law Of Attraction any longer. I think she made a comment that she stopped believing in it maybe six months prior. It was right there in the blog, they showed a screen shot of it. Anyone else remember?

Jodi's May 4 blog entry claimed she'd stopped believing in the Law of Attraction 6 mos. earlier, but you know what? It kept on working despite her unbelief, because it's "infallible".

That's what I mean...Travis never did this...but like a true sociopath, jodi gave us a hint with this story. Not to mentiontion...its virtually impossible to shatter a Cd by just throwing it....if that had even remotely happened. CSI would have found evidence.

I'm just saying that there is something up with the computer (jodis or Travis)...or an external hard drive ...or a cd-rom....or a zip drive. Jodi alluded to it. There's something there. And its BAD for HER case! Moo.

I agree. I think she tried to load something onto his computer. Either from her computer or from a disk.

It wouldn't be admissible as they could never prove what activity was Jodi as opposed to other users.

Yes... They sound very much like her interrogation interview "story-telling" sessions and her testiphoney! I think they were written after she killed him to solidify the story in her mind that she would spin when poor Travis was found.

One thing that stuck out to me in those journal entries is how she portrayed herself - she seemed confident when she described how she was the one who supposedly broke off with Travis...like she knew it was in their best interests, she was moving forward and this was the first step and that Travis was resistant. She certainly did not sound like the "abused domestic violence victim" as ALV is trying to portray.

Does anyone know when the text from Travis calling JA out was sent in relation to when she claims the date of these journals are from? She claims he still wanted a relationship or booty call from her in her journal, but his text that he sent where he called her pretty much a psychopath who has ruined his life doesn't match that idea.

I'm still puzzled why he would sleep with her on the day she murdered him after he sent that scathing text. I know there was some time between the text and his murder...but what changed to make him allow her into his home or his life again?

Anyway, that is neither here nor there. She as a psychopath would have found a way to murder him...she planned it and most definitely would have carried it out even if he hadn't allowed her in that day/night. MOO

Fyi ...keylogger software is so easy to use...you don't need to be a hacker. Its the number one tool for women/men who feel they have been cheated on...and so very easy to obtain.
