Thanks for that! Bundy (124) was not that bright. Also, cunning and IQ are 2 different things. Lack of fear definitely helps.

JA spent her energies on a fantasy world. If she were really brilliant, she would be a CEO.

No....he was above average intelligence. Ann Rule's book made that pretty clear. He was cunning and quite intelligent...but not a genius.

ALV testified that JA's finger was broken. To me, that simple solitary statement shows that she is either complicit or gullible. I want to see x-rays. I wish there were a way to force JA to have her hand x-rayed. Not that the insane volume of proven lies is not enough for me already. But that finger thing— just bugs the heck out of me for some reason!

I want to see the x-ray too!! There is no way it is broken. If it truly was, her defense team would have popped that up on the screen as soon as they found out JM was claiming the injury was from the knife. I was hoping one of the jury members would question her on whether she had x-rayed it or not.

She is not going to be acquitted. You would need 12 idiots for that and the jury, in their questions, don't seem like that. Besides, it's already been done. :)

From your fingertips to the Universe's ears.... Can I get you to sign and notarize that? :please: I'll sleep better for the next few weeks then :)

With all the murders of prosecutors in the last couple weeks...this vid scares the beejeezus outta me for my Juancito:eek::panic:

I noticed that too...someone has it out for Prosecutors around that area huh?

Okay okay okay......I take back genius....cunning - yes, devious - yes, crazy - no, psychopathic - probably, smart - yes, evil - definitely.

Ted Bundy was really intelligent....but he got caught as well.....just saying.

:seeya:

Lol, pushy, aren't we? :floorlaugh:

Exactly! The entire problem with her journal, in my opinion, is there is no way of knowing when the entries were made. Obviously this one is blatantly false, so one has to wonder what other ones are, or if they were totally written after the fact. At least what is found on a computer is "date stamped" vs. this hand-written journal, for example.

MOO

Oy, the journals!

I want JM to ask ALV that question: "you don't even know when these journal entries were written, do you?"

Force her to agree that just because an entry says 'April 9, 2008', that doesn't prove it was written then.

I love to watch the 'string art' effect some of our posts take on.... we go from forensics to what if's....to was Ted Bundy a certified genius? I LOVE IT!

Whoa! That YouTube video about JM is effed up. I mean, what the heck! Even if you don't like the man (I am not a fan) that's just plain wrong. I hope that gal gets a call from LE and is charged with something. Seriously.

Has a cell phone/verdict link or train been started on the site? If so, please direct me....

Actually, it is estimated that a disproportionate percentage of corporate CEOs (about 10% vs 1-3% of general population) are psychopaths. (This is from the Stout book, "The Psychopath Next Door).

Yeah. That's what I've read. :). Amazing, huh, that we are at their mercy?

Psychopaths are also overrepresented in law and psychiatry. I wonder why. Hmmm.....

I think you are right. There is something off about this CD she brought. She said in the interrogation on the day of the murder they were trying to do something on his computer with it and there was a virus (little bugs eating the screen) and they couldn't. In her testimony she says the CD was damaged and he became angry and threw it and raped her. What was she really trying to do with this CD? I think at some point that day she went to his office and tried to use this CD to upload things onto his computer but it was password protected. Something is very hinky here. Hopefully they were able to recover things from her hard drive. She keeps bringing it up. I think she may know that Juan knows something about that CD and she is very much trying to explain it away. Can't wait for rebuttal.

She even covered the blood in the downstairs bathroom saying she went there to clean up...and then said she cut her hand that same day in kitchen on a glass....oh so clever...NOT.

The one thing that I found really amazing is JA's mother telling Det. Flores, I asked Jodi if she had anything to do with T's death.
Now, all of you mothers with children, would you EVEN ask that question? I wouldn't even think to ask my son something like that. She had a suspicion from the beginning,
And they spent a 3 hour session (while her dad was having dialysis) trying to get the truth out of her.

AS much as I would TOTALLY hope that Arias would get the Death Penalty, I just can't see all those men on that Jury going through with it. I want her to get Death, but I bet she gets Life instead which is WRONG. Can she make a profit off of that art work after she's convicted? I hope not.

But an acquittal will.

That is my greatest fear and I won't even allow myself to entertain that thought. We witnessed justice get a kick in the gut before. I don't know that I ever want to feel that way again. But sometimes, the bad guys win, no matter how hard the true and good fight for what's right.
Tricks and lies and cunning work from time to time....

I want to see her held fully and appropriately accountable for what she did.
I don't want the tricks to work.
Please don't underestimate her. Now or ever.

Not worried myself, however, this post does have me curious what Juan Martinez's record is. I doubt he has lost very many cases.

:)

I wonder, if it is possible, the question "what is the meaning of 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬" could have actually been an innocent question asked by a juror that isn't familiar with all of American slang?

Really good point!

Still doesn't make JA a genius.

I didnt say she was a genius but I do think she's smarter than a lot of people give her credit for. We can certainly agree to disagree.

Can't you be charged or at least investigated for a YouTube video like that?

just read on twitter that Dr. Phil is paying for Sandra Arias' expenses of attending JAs trial in exchange for her daily notes

WOWZA! I think I'm speechless. The media are such vultures. They didn't even have the decency to leave Juror#5 alone.

So, Sandy is looking for the main chance it seems. Not so much a grieving mom.

I don't see why they would have an issue just because they are men.
