The one thing that I found really amazing is JA's mother telling Det. Flores, I asked Jodi if she had anything to do with T's death.
Now, all of you mothers with children, would you EVEN ask that question? I wouldn't even think to ask my son something like that. She had a suspicion from the beginning,

AS much as I would TOTALLY hope that Arias would get the Death Penalty, I just can't see all those men on that Jury going through with it. I want her to get Death, but I bet she gets Life instead which is WRONG. Can she make a profit off of that art work after she's convicted? I hope not.

It would be an atrocity. Assuming, because Travis' family consists of siblings only, that there was never a wrongful death lawsuit filed against JA?

The person Sandra Webber is actually posts under the name Maggie on the JaII site. This is her propaganda website. She has some twisted theory that Dustin Thompson killed Travis. Remember the anonymous tip that Det Flores received about him? Dustin's wife, Ashley, Travis' friend committed suicide a couple years after TA's death. This numbskull believes Dustin is responsible for both deaths.

That is my greatest fear and I won't even allow myself to entertain that thought. We witnessed justice get a kick in the gut before. I don't know that I ever want to feel that way again. But sometimes, the bad guys win, no matter how hard the true and good fight for what's right.

I want to see her held fully and appropriately accountable for what she did.

No, I don't see an acquittal, ever. My fear is a mistrial and the fear grows every day. The DT is going to ask for a mistrial every chance they get and if something goes horribly wrong they'll get one. Nightmare. Can you imagine going through this again? Can you imagine the Killer on the stand, again? This time it'll be 40 days of her BS. 20 days to explain away what she said in 16 days the first time and then take 20 more days to explain "What really happened." Dear God, no, please. This trial needs to get into the hands of the jurors STAT.

I wonder if they are waiting until a conviction? They might be as to not distract from the most important thing at hand and that is getting her the Death Penalty. Let's Hope anyway. It' amazing to me that she actually thinks she is going to walk free I think, she comes across to me like that anyway. Of course I think they have her drugged up cause there is NO way that her parents could describe her behavior like it was and now she is calm as a cucumber in court. NO WAY, she is drugged up...has to be.

She'll never be acquitted--never. Even if every single juror believes she killed him in self defense, you can only use enough force to stop an attack if you feel your life is in danger. She not only slashed his throat for ear to ear, shot him in the head and stabbed him in the heart, she threw in 9 more stab wounds to his back plus a few more stab wounds. That's never going to fly as using only enough force to stop him.

I did notice that LV said on the stand that she got summaries of "collateral" interviews. Which makes me wonder about how the content is decided and by whom. She didn't even get the raw data.

Fyi ...keylogger software is so easy to use...you don't need to be a hacker. Its the number one tool for women/men who feel they have been cheated on...and so very easy to obtain.

An acquaintances of mine found that her (now ex) husband had all kinds of crazy spyware on her computer in 2008, so it wasn't even brain surgery then. It fits in with secretly recording phone calls. Nobody believes the dumb, "we were practicing trust by sharing our passwords" nonsense. All text message and email evidence is kinda sketchy, IMO.

I was quite surprised that Jodi is as articulate as she is without much formal education, but the one thing that surprises me about her and people like her is that they really think that people will believe their outlandish lies.

My cousin was married to someone like JA and his lies were so absurd, they were laughable. Unfortunately, my cousin ended up in a nursing home at 55. I will always believe he tried to kill her with an overdose of some drug, but instead it just made her crazy. And when their own son asked the doctors at the hospital to do an extensive drug screen to see if she had been poisoned, the doctors told him that to order a toxicology report like that would involve the police department. And I think all the doctors thought we were acting paranoid and kind of brushed it off as a bunch of crazy relatives.
