Did any of you listen to Tricia's True Crim last night? Wendy Murphy, former prosecutor was on and, if what she said about ALV is true, the woman will definitely double down. Murphy said that all of her actions (fake flu, talking to Samantha Alexander, "Are you mad at me...?") are orchestrated and well thought out. If so, she is despicable.

Good morning all! ITA, she will double down. If she were a smart woman she would attempt to repair her disastrous testimony and possibly save what is left of her career. Based on what we have seen so far, I don't see that happening.

Yep. And that is why she WILL get the DP. Those jurors are going to have all the autopsy photos in there with them when they deliberate. One of them is going to hold up that photo and say, "The person who did this should not be on this planet."

After Jodi gets DP, she files appeal.
She says her initial Ninja story is what really happened.
And inept attys talked her out of her "true defense" and ineptly got her to do the ALV Snow White defense theory.

Last week, Nurmi said the DT were keen to "press on" with her time on the stand after she's been sick so unless there's just an unavoidable half day apt somewhere, she'll be on the stand trying to get things over and done with. If the time pressure is true, JW 'should' therefore be under more pressure to keep her recross succint but :floorlaugh::banghead::floorlaugh:

???????? No it didn't. The extradition treaty in place between Canada and the U.S. has not been altered by any Canadian government.

If JA had gotten across the border into Canada, assuming border guards didn't find her gun and other weapons which in all probability they would have, upon a request from Arizone PD, Canada would have issued a warrant for her arrest. When arrested, she would have had an extradition hearing (much like a preliminary hearing), and given the amt of evidence Arizona PD has the judge in that hearing would have concluded she was to be sent back to Arizona however only after Arizona agreed to waive the DP.

Did anyone else notice in one of TA's txt messages from may 08?( which have been released on HLN) He is going on about what a sociopath JA is and how she 's conned him and been like hitler. He says " I have thought about getting a gun and pointing it at my own head" !!!!!!( :-( ) This made me think....If he did not have a gun..then ( ummm true- he could have bought one then in may)But- JA could not have seen one when she was cleaning his closet earlier that year or the end of 07. Lies of the lying Liar JA.

Yesterday morning I was watching "Stephen King's Desperation", and there's a scene where the evil demon cop pulls over Anabeth Gish because her rear license plate is missing, and that surprises her that it's gone, and he says there is a local gas station where it's known that teenagers hang out and do things like that to unsuspecting travelers.

No offense to Canadians (I used to live in Canada) but you can murder someone and get away free or almost in that country.

The Justice system in the US is not perfect but it is much better than most.

You might want to listen -- Wendy Murphy speaks for all of us who are sickened by this fabricated defense. And, believe me, she pulls no punches!! Talks about being reprimanded/punished (whatever) by a TV network for calling the defense strategy BS (although she didn't use the abbreviation). It was refreshing to hear a TH calling the spades "spades."
