It will be a Juander-FULL day.

This is the last DT witness, correct? After this...experts... cross, redirect, jury questions, etc., the Rebuttal case starts, right??

I hope so!

Any idea when this case will go to the jury?

Mine is set to "nipple" all summer long. If you're coming to visit ... Bring a sweater!

I am so far north in Canada, I think we used our air four days last year. I am used to sweaters, and coats, and toques and scarves and mittens and wool socks. Bikinies not so much! :floorlaugh:

My kids just asked if the trial was on today and whether or not Obi-Juan-Knobi would be on! I said yes and the force is strong with him :rocker:

LOL! Now I have a mental image of Mr Martinez in a hooded robe carrying a light saber! :rocker:

Things should hopefully spin back on the DT today, depending on how Judge S decides to deal with ALV's unfathomable approach to Samantha last week. If she does that in an open court, then happy viewing. If not, I guess they'll take ALV back into the chambers.

I hope she is admonished in front of open court. As an "expert" witness she should have known better than to do that. I'm appalled she felt she could just approach her.

depends on where you live....I'm in rain central USA.....spring might happen in a day---just saying---think that I missed that day...:blushing:

Haha. Rain central, huh? Me too (PNW!). Spring and summer were about 10 days ago. It's winter again, yo! I think it was 42 degrees when I dropped my daughter off at school.

Yeah, we all take turns cleaning up poop, hubby too. Feeding in the am is me, evening is my son.

LUCKY YOU. I'm jealous. My son didn't even have the courtesy to pick the chopped off tail part off the floor. I can't ever leave town because of the pets. The two dogs are on prescription diets because of allergies and take meds. No way in Hades would these guys ever do any of those duties.

Of COURSE the men around here couldn't take care of a pet. How about the rest of you gals, do your men do pet duties?

Mine doesn't unless I ask him. When he's out in the living room (where our patio door is), the dogs will come all the way into the bedroom and whine to ME to go outside because they know he won't pay any attention to them.

So annoying.

Okay, back on topic!

That's so funny--just last night my husband told me that our 12 year old overweight, arthritis-ridden dog Petunia would probably be dead if I wasn't around because he wouldn't remember & he's distracted by our young kids who are lunatics.:floorlaugh:

Oh, I don't know -- I love my Boycie boy. Whether my DW was around or not, I'd be taking care of him. I imagine I am not alone. I have a busy professional schedule, but this little guy is my child. I'm not ashamed to say that. I bet there's others around here.

I wonder if ALV had a stressful and nervous weekend waiting for Monday when Jm continues his cross? I am thinking she did and that makes me happy. :)

"....I locked him in my office last night and now there's blood all over the place."

The cat or your son? LOL

It should be the last witness. I have read a couple posts stating that the DT added someone to the witness list but I haven't seen that confirmed.

"1000 Places to See Before the State of Arizona Kills You By Lethal Injection"

LOL

It comforts me to think if Jodi somehow avoids the DP and LWOP, she'll never see those places. Instead, she'll watch inmates coming and going for the rest of her life who could see those place and enjoy so many things she never will.

Speaking of cats and taxes.....
I have 3 days left to get our tax stuff together thanks to a procrastinating husband who only gave me his company paperwork yesterday. And to make things worse for me, our stupid son slammed his door on the cat's tail last night and cut the end off. I dropped him off at the vet this morning. I locked him in my office last night and now there's blood all over the place.

OMG!!! The poor cat! There isn't an emergency vet that could see him last night? :( :( :( That must have hurt so bad. :(

Good luck w/ your taxes :(

They didn't come that way! I had to train them. Took years!

It's been so long since last Thursday, I can't remember where JM left off with the Snow White thing.
