I was just wondering.... is it possible that the only real problem here is that Alyce has a warped outlook on Snow White? :blushing:
More then just Snow White

I want to know where she got the 9mm and what it really was for and how she explained attaching it to under the hood of the car.
And, um, not in the trunk where one might carry it unless you are licensed to carry a weapon. Which she is not.
That's just weird. Although I did have a friend that put food in foil and drove around with it inside the hood of the car to see if it would cook. They saw that on tv. I can't recall the outcome.
Oh yes, that was noticeable. You might also note how she stares pleadingly at the jury when they go in or out of the courtroom. It's as if she wants to make some kind of connection.
But back to your point: Lisa is now in a good place, it seems, happily married with a very young child. She's still on maternity leave from her job. It's pathetic because Lisa has everything that Jodi probably wanted.
I admired both witnesses that were ex-girlfriends of Travis', actually.

Condensation has to do with humidity. As an HVAC mechanic its something we are concerned with, especially in indoor swimming pools where we have de -humidification units that prevent condensation from forming on the windows etc. Same thing in ice rinks...
Whether it's hot or cold, you'll see condensation on glass. It even happens on a car during rain. It happens on drinking glasses. It happens on windows. Doesn't matter the temperature. Even if it's just the water changing states because his body temperature is causing the water to go from liquid to gas, condensation is going to happen.
I don't think it's reasonable to assume the temperature in the house, what temperature Travis liked his showers etc. If it was so hot outside, he must have had on the air conditioner. If he had on the air conditioner and it was cool, then why can't he take a warm or hot shower? I'm very confused by this assumption that he can't.
Whether he has liquid soap on the shelf doesn't matter. We didn't see him use a single bit of it in that 8 minutes. This man was not taking a normal shower. He was posing for pictures. How does Jodi get all those different angles and also be doing it from a spot where he cannot see her?
And even if you don't believe the glass will get condensation, it WILL get streaked up with water. And there is no evidence of that in these pictures.
Yes I've seen how she looks pleadingly at the jury, and from everything I've read, they don't even look in her direction. I felt bad for Lisa, cuz you could see the shock on her face when JM showed the pic of Travis' deeply cut throat (that the DT peed their pants about). And I noticed she never looked at JA throughout her testimony.
Regarding the gun taped inside the engine compartment and her not having a permit for open carry. What type of vehicle had she rented that time, if anyone knows? Perhaps it did not have a trunk and was a hatchback where the rear could be accessed behind the back seat?
Just a thought which might explain why it was in the engine.
MOO
This is the last photo taken of him alive.
The next photo in the sequence is the photo of the ceiling.
This is the same photo taken at 5:30:30, just lightened.
Juan was removing the photo from the over heard.
You can see his legs are NOT crossed, his right foot is flat on the shower floor.
His arm is outstretched in front of him, the angle of the photo is not possible if he were taking it.

Right some gentleman called in and made that comment that he always carries gas can with him because of the fear of getting stuck on the road with no gas in the desert.
There's been endless discussion about the "accomplice" theory, and I'm sure we'll have more. I can't see it myself, for the reason you point out here. I cannot imagine that she wouldn't simply have tossed him right under the bus as soon as she realized she was going to be charged with capital murder. Some argue that she can't do it now, because she's claimed self-defense. That's true -- but doesn't explain why she'd sit in jail all this time awaiting trial when her ticket out was simply tagging the other person and making deal for immunity for testimony. I'm not saying it would have been easy or that the "accomplice" or "accomplices" wouldn't have had good evidence preventing her from skating. It just defies logic to me that she would take a chance on a death sentence given that she has established she has no higher priority than herself and her needs.
:cow:
My biggest problem w the trial, as a very inexperienced court watcher, is that 2people went into a room. One came out. That's the story. But, both prosecution and defense have added so much that there's a sandstorm swirling, making it impossible to see those 2 people.
I hope on closing Mr Martinez calms the storm.
Australia!?!?
No wonder I have so many communications issues on that site.
You see, I don't speak Australian. :whoosh:
Would you look at her? I try to avoid her gaze and I'm watching her on a screen. :what:
Carrying a can of gas is a foolish thing to do. "Gasoline is more hazardous than dynamite." This is a statement in a blaster's handbook that my husband used. (He was licensed to blast inside the city limits of Phoenix for construction purposes.)
These days we have cell phones if we need help.:twocents:
