Maybe Ive lived on this rock out in the middle of a huge pond too long, but I have never heard of AVL. What did I learn from her .... she makes herself out to be more important than she actually is, she certainly has a very high opinion of herself.

ALV was clearly biased in her effort to defend the murderer actions, before, during and after the murder. Her attack on Mr. Travis Alexander was disgusting and truly just wrong .... I think she was sucked in by this murderer and was just plain greedy. Her arrogance in asking Mr. Martinez if he wanted yes or no or the truth? JMHO, ALV would not know the truth if it was tatooed on her forehead.

Im glad Mr. Martinez exposed this so-called expert for what she really is .... a fraud! All JMHO!

Who is that annoying blonde talking head on HLN?

She's chastising the jury for being "flippant" and "disrespectful" to Travis and Travis' family when they ask questions like, "Well, you didn't talk to Travis, did you?" That isn't even close to the way in which questions were asked. She's a big pot stirrer.

The actual questions were emphasizing the fact that Travis couldn't tell his side of the story and that DV Lady didn't speak with anyone except Jodi. I think they're making a point to her and to the Family of "We're not buying your snake oil and we don't believe Travis was what you've made him in your mind."

She was really convinced she was going to ride in and save the day for the defense team but ended up limping off the stand and needing assistance herself.

BBM my favorite example of this today was when Juan asked, "You started answering questions this morning at about 9:30, right?" And aVL answered, "mr. Martinez, I am not understanding what you are getting at." Or something like that. Crazy.

I KNOW. That was so annoying when she tried to say that Juan would be disrespectful and hurtful towards Travis and his family. SERIOUSLY?

That is the opposite of Juan's position. He is often seen at their side, before, during and after court. He is here FOR Travis and to preserve his reputation.

This Holly Hughes lady has no clue what Travis's family feel about Juan. He is their hero and protector, imo.

Especially after today, its seems pretty obvious that the DT and JA have lost, and the worst has yet to come (JM's rebuttal and closing). So, the pundits are left sounding more and more idiotic and distasteful with each of the remaining few days of trial.

HLN is particularly disgusting.. has turned this trial into a catheter commercial with a few minutes for trial breaks here and there... ugh.

Near the end of Alyce's testimony today she said that she believed she got the "Jodi shooting in the closet" info from Dr Samuels...is this a no-no? Is she allowed to be privy to someone else's testimony, and then use is as her own while she's on the stand?

I don't think she referred to his testimony. She was giving the reports from the other expert witnesses. But she seemed to be trying to throw them under he bus.
