I Am Not Sure Where To Post This.....

If you have Firefox, I highly recommend a free security program (an Add-On) called GHOSTERY. This program runs on your desktop and prevents the MANY trackers that follow you on every site you go to. This is very easy to install, select ALL trackers and a box will appear listing all the trackers that have been blocked on the site. You will be amazed how many are following you.

Very popular on Mozilla with users. I have found this very user friendly.

I thought of something this morning when I was in the shower (where I do most of my best thinking......when I'm not paranoid of some sociopath lurking outside the curtain with a knife): didn't ALL of her previous boyfriends MOVE AWAY after the break up? Bobby Flores moved to Oregon, Matt moved far away to his grandparent's home, and Daryl Brewer said his wife moved away with their son (perhaps she saw the *DANGER* *DANGER* flashing over JA's head), and then Daryl followed.

I know Daryl spoke all flowers and lovey dovey about her, but I still think she has something over him that he does NOT want exposed. I am 98.7% sure that the one peen picture that the DT was trying to enter as Travis is, in fact, Daryl. I bet she and her "camera" have a little something on ALL her exes, which is enough to keep them quiet. But I found it interesting that they ALL left the area where she was.

(as an aside, I recently read a blog from a guy who had an ex EXACTLY like JA. It was chilling to read his story. I think it's called "just da truth." Very interesting.)

I can't guess about what she will or will not do. However, if she plans on ever being an expert again, she should review this entire trial and then come clean with herself both on a personal and professional level first.

At a minimum she should realize that if a defense team is going to limit the investigatory aspect to cherry picked items, and restrict one's face to face interviews to the defendent only, the smartest thing to do is to pass it by like however many did before her. I just don't understand Ms. ALV at all, so many red flags, so many lies, and yet she happily pops into court expecting it to be a positive and she could save Ms. Arias. Simply dellusional...

BBM. I feel the same way. One thing I notice is that she seems to be very much of an "academic," an absentminded professor type. That seems a little weird, though, for somebody who works with abused women and must hear a lot about real life.

I imagine JA was the type to fake pregnancy scares and other health issues to keep TA feeling guilty. That would be a scam IMO.

Yes or that. Its kinda like FCA taking the Det to Universal Studios to me. Putting the lie into action until you are caught.

Um, so even if she was verbally abused (and i do not believe that for a minute) you can't claim you brutally murdered someone for 'soul murder'.

IMO

Being in, and in this case, putting yourself in, the public spotlight, whether the attention is from fans or anti-fans, is very stressful. It appears that ALV, having spurned social media all these years, left herself woefully unprepared for the onslaught of attention that was entirely predictable, given the nature of the case she signed up for. She's a strong woman with good coping skills, and a large support group that will help her through this.

All of those fit her to a "T" but three things struck me about the one I've singled out:

1 - Her blog is a frightening shrine to Travis. More photos of Travis than even Travis has of himself on his blog.

2 - Travis did not have her photos on his blog.

3 - In all of the photos shown of Travis and Jodi together, she's the only one with a big cheesy teeth bearing grin. His lips are hardly parted in any of the photos. His half smiles in the photos seem almost forced.

There are no photographs of Travis laughing with her. But her hyena grin is everywhere.

This is a youtube sleuther clip worth watching. Did you all realise it took Juan asking three times, including two approaches and a time out for ALV to admit Travis was extremely afraid of JA and her stalking behaviour based on the IM conversation between Travis and Regan? Even at the end ALV didn't admit extremely. I want to know what the question was Juan didn't ask! It does look like she needed a timeout to admit this....

Poor Nurmi. He really does look disgusted at his own witness. I wonder how many of his private clients are falsely accused by women like JA? My guess is the incidence is high.

Forgive me if i'm wrong, but wasn't all this Travis bashing by the defense and hearsay allowed in because of the 'self defense' 'dv' reasoning. If ALL of Alyce's testimony is a 'sham' then NONE of the hearsay or trashing would have been allowed. It was only allowed in based on her 'defense.' Your thoughts?

I would view the appearance of my bf's ex-girlfriend on my doorstep as completely and unequivocally hostile.

People don't drive 3 hours to wish you well in your relationship with their ex.

Another thing that I wanted to see. Jodi took pics of herself driving to mesa on her premeditated murder trip and she had "bruises" on her neck. JM asked her about this on the stand and was about to show the pictures until an Objection from the defense and then the subject was dropped..Can someone find it for me? Where did she get these "bruises" from. She hadn't seen travis since April.. and yet Matt said he saw bruises on JA's neck. If travis was her abuser (which i dont believe) and she hadn't seen him since April..how did she get these "bruises" I wish JM could've shown that pic.

In reply to the bruise pics, I dunno.

However, after watching the following video, it reminded me of the photographer in the defendant.
The girl that was never without a camera by her side. On a road trip through some beautiful scenery to see a new friend.

There is a BIG difference in the circumstances. The teen who sadly took her life did not put herself out there in a media circus. To lie. For cash. MAJOR difference.
IMO this is the toll it takes when you sell your conscience and then have to keep the lies going .Look at how awful JA looks.

I think that would be a good, simple way to sum up LaViolettes testimony to show bias in closing. If you are under a preconceived idea of a person's character than what you read can justify that thinking.

Like his "I don't like " Comment she mentions.

Everything seems as it was already painted with the abuser brush. It seems like there was a hunt on LaViolettes part to find any and all evidence which could justify her work.

I really do feel like LaVioletes personal experiences with feminism is what has skewed her opinions and forced her to take this case. She seems more confident in his words which demean women: , , etc. and seem very disturbed by his preceived dominance in their sexual fantasies. She always appear more hostile towards Travis in those instances during her testimony. I truly believe seeing those things triggered LaViolette the Feminist, not the DV "expert", as it seems in her work feminism and womens rights is her TRUE passion. I believe it was how she connected personally with Jodi, and how she allowed herself to be sucked into this mess.

Just my observation.

What I gather from yesterday is she did not take the pedo claim into account because they were only Jodi's words. She did not see or hear otherwise.

And "stalking" is somewhere in the "Continuum of Aggression and Abuse" theory.

I am not 100% sure , but IIRC, ALV did testify that JA told TA that she would reveal that but she discounted it as being a threat just that JA was angry or that it was in response to a threat from TA to A. Something along those lines. Hopefully someone will remember.

exactly! especially someone so cash strapped..leave work to confront the O.W. when you could just call the man who CHEATED ON YOU instead. The guy who was with her was so afraid of Jodi's reaction that he gave her the wrong apartment # and went to Bianca's apartment to warn her 1st! She describes him of acting like that because he's gay/dramatic...I think he was seriously concerned.
