Her grandparent's .25 gun, a couple knives, long sleeved shirts and yoga pants.

Basically, her ninja outfit. :rocker:

In the trunk with the 12 gallons of gas no less, what else did she have in that truck?:what:

and.........can you imagine how many of those little bottles she had to open to get all the blood off of her.....I call bs on all of this....she showered before she left TA's house.....IMO

She might have rinsed off her still-bleeding cuts with a bottle of water; but certainly not to the extent that she would've been bloodied from the crime.

Looking at the map I see Gus Scercy is on the way to Mesa. I wonder if Jodi made a stop in Yorba Linda? And Gus had a conference call @ seven the night of the forth. I think Travis was to of been in on that call and Gus was going to Cancun on the trip.

My question would be why is the water you brought to drink on your trip in the truck and not in the front with you where you can actually get it and drink it with convenience?
Especially when you are going to be in 100 degree heat.

I don't agree. She didn't expect the murder to be as bloody as it was. She was going to shoot him, he'd die, end of story.

Nah... If she wanted it to be that simple, she could have shot him anywhere. There would be no need for her to lure him into that last position in the shower,

I might be confused. :floorlaugh:

Were you questioning why she purchased water instead of getting a bottle from the case?

I was just saying the case of water in the car may not have been cold.

And, it's not clear when/where/who she got that case of water.

Because it's not cold?

I have a feeling she got the case of H20 from either DB or MM.

So, she had water and extra gas- enough to keep her under the radar in AZ.

Makes sense, but I'm not sure about the cold question you asked. I wasn't referring to the temperature of the water--just the location of it.

Jodi sure managed to ruin a lot of people's lives including her own.

I'm quite confident Dr. Demarte will be a breath of fresh air.

Please forgive me if this has been asked, but do you think this will come up while she is on the stand. Will JM be able to ask her any questions about this during her testimony. Very suspicious. I would bet my next Big Mac meal that it was perpetrated by someone from the defendant's camp  The comment about it possibly undermining the prosecution's case if it gets into the hands of the defense team has me a little worried.

I wonder if this has anything to do with MM or JA's sister disappearing off the face of the earth. At least I remember something about that being posted here. And there's a rumor that Angel (JA's sister) has left the country ... but ... it's just something I read on this site ... cannot confirm or deny

Should we be worried? I think, though, it's safe to say that Juan made mincemeat out both Samuels and AL .... so guess we shouldn't be too worried ... right? Plus there is still aaaaallll that premeditated evidence to present. So ... okay ... I feel better ... we're good :please:

I haven't kept up too much over the weekend, so I just wanted to ask if anyone knows if we will be privy to the hearing on Monday Morning (Grace Wong), or will we only be able to tune in for testimony in the afternoon.

Thanks ... I am having major withdrawals .. :banghead:

If there was blood on her hand/s before the Hoover Dam, I think it was fresh blood from a cut and bleeding finger. I'm sure she cleaned most of herself up before leaving the house. Probably bandaged the finger too. I cut my finger quite badly as a teen, and the bleeding soaked through multiple bandages. Something similar may have happened to her too.

Yet another one of JA's stupid and ridiculous stories that the defense team conveniently overlooked.

* JA states, on the stand, that her suitcases (clothes) where packed in the rental car BEFORE TA's shower.

* With the brutality of the murder, JA would have been COVERED in blood, head to toe.

* How is it that she didn't have bloody clothes on when waking from her fog in the car? Sure, she showered/washed up while cleaning the scene in a fog but if that's the case, why did JA notice, per testimony, ONLY blood on her hands? Did she wash up but forget to wash her hands? WHAT?

* So, how did JA have CLEAN clothes on (since her clothes were in suitcases in the car) when she woke from that fog. Did she leave the house naked to get her clothes out of the rental and change in the street? JA states that she was dressed but missing only her shoes - which btw weren't found in TA's house.

She had to have had clothes PLANTED in the house before the killing in order to change.

Not plausible that she kept clothes at TA's house from prior relations since they were broke up and she hadn't been there since April. I won't even get into the fact that she's wearing long jogging pants and black socks. Who wears this in 100° weather late afternoon when they're suppose to be leaving to finish a road trip?

I can find so many holes in her story that screams premeditation it's ridiculous. This was just one of many.

(sorry if this has been gone over before...I'm rather slow on the uptake!)

No problem- Relax - Take a deep breath and try not to believe everything JA says.

No fog
No Costco water
No bloody anything - clean up at house
No suitcases

All she needed was a backpack with some clothes, maybe a hefty bag, and whatever she really needed.

I don't think Gus was very fond of Travis. I think he was jealous of Travis.

Looking at the map I see Gus Scercy is on the way to Mesa. I wonder if Jodi made a stop in Yorba Linda? And Gus had a conference call @ seven the night of the forth. I think Travis was to of been in on that call and Gus was going to Cancun on the trip.

I would think she did shower and her suitcase was not in the car nor her purse where Imo, she had the gun and she threw her bloodied shoes away like the gun and knife and her bloody clothes and the blood on her hand(s) was her own from knife wounds.

All my opinion.

Glad you brought that up, that's something that's been bothering me that I haven't seen addressed in this trial. Didn't anyone think it was odd that Travis wasn't in on that 7PM conference call that he was scheduled for??? He was a very prompt and good worker. Maybe if they had, he would have been discovered sooner. He was already dead by then.
And Gus and the rest of them still went to Cancun, knowing Travis had been found dead. I guess the memorials/funeral happened after the trip. (I know I wouldn't have been able to enjoy myself).
