I picked up that at times Travis wasn't really sure what to say. I read that it is common for men and women to have rape fantasies. Travis never tried to tie her to a tree though. That is what a fantasy is.........its just a fantasy and he didn't act on it.

I see nothing wrong with him telling her he like the braids. Heck I know some young women that still wear braids sometime and look cute.

I also picked up that Travis seemed to have been asleep when she called and he seemed either bored or sleepy at times. In fact one time he does fall asleep for a minute. Not Jodi though...........she was chatty as a parrot who wouldn't shut up.

The sex tape is totally irrelevant and has been introduced as white noise in order to distract from the evidence against the murderess. Imo, the jury is so over all the sex crap. They all know it was between two consenting adults.

Maybe it's just me but I thought her aunt's comments on JA's MySpace photos about her nieces and nephew were OTT with flattery. It came off to me as excessive and tactless considering they were being said by a family member. It just made me think that between those comments and JA's obsession with her body, make up, etc. that being hot is important.

It's the position of the defense that even if the jury doesn't buy into the accusation of TA being a pedophile, that having fantasies about a schoolgirl is also deviant. I absolutely agree. The pedophile nonsense is just laughable. I don't know much about being one but painting a guy who supposedly has more girlfriends than he knows what to do with, a dopey comment describing something, and some picture of a boy just doesn't seem to go with the job description. One of the first things I noticed about the sex tape was that Travis sounded half asleep and IMO Jodi seemed to be taking the lead...JMO

It makes no sense to me that JA would intentionally turn a licence plate upside down. I wonder whether Jodi brought a second plate or set of plates (stolen or borrowed from someone). Switched them after the murder on June 4th to dispose of the gun, gas cans, knife, clothes etc. Then made the error of putting it back on upside down which led Officer Officer Michael Galieti to pull her over.

The investigators would have focused on looking for any trace of a White Ford Focus with Plate #6DGVO99 on video footage and tolls.

The check was a sham..........she knew Travis was never going to be able to cash that check when she wrote it. He may have never even seen the check before he was murdered. She may have written the check after she killed him so it would make her look better like she was paying him like she had promised.

I don't think she wanted it out after he was murdered to the PPL people and to the Mormon church members that she hadn't even paid Travis anything for the BMW. Remember she was also shopping for a Mormon husband.

Yes, she would want them to think she was the pillar of integrity. Unfortunately for her, some of them already knew she was not and she was the first one who came to their minds when learning of Travis' murder.

Dr. Samuels said when Jodi left the fake v-mail message for Travis, sent the bogus e-mails and text messages after the killing, she was creating an "alternate universe" ... and here I was thinking she was creating an alibi.

It just goes to show how pathetic Samuels is at his chosen profession. I just rewatched Jodi being cross examined, and when Juan brought up these three messages,

1. The text message to dead Travis on June 6th, asking him about the check that some are currently discussing here. (the check itself was also part of the coverup, hence the reason she brought it up to Flores out of nowhere and hence the June 6th text)

2. The voice mail to dead Travis on June 4th or 5th where she tried to coverup the holes that her cell phone alibi created

3. The email to dead Travis on June 7th in which she talked about Travis's upcoming visit to her in Californian, among other things.


Jodi ADMITTED that these were all part of a coverup attempt. Not an "alternate universe". He apparently was not privy to Jodi's testimony on the stand. Why didn't Juan point this out to Sameuls? Is he not allowed to?

When I watch Aileen I see someone who was just born on the wrong day, had a completely crap life and has the worst case of PTSD probably ever documented.

If you've ever seen Jeff Dunham doing Acmed the Dead Terrorist, you know his classic line of "Silence! I keel you!". That's my ring tone on my cell. It's amazing the looks I get when it goes off at the pharmacy counter or the check out line. :floorlaugh: I kept our land line because we have one that's hardwired so it works even when the cordless ones don't in the occasional power outage.

That is the ONE thing I do believe she wrote at the time it was dated. She makes the analogy of a light switch, however, it is clear she is intending to cut off Travis' life source.
