It sounds like she's won too many people over in jail. She needs to go to prison -NOW Anyone know if she'll have to have her hair cut?

I have been putting off way to much lately. I am pretty sure that I won't do anything once we get to rebuttal. I will be too busy catching up each evening.

I don't believe JA ever had water in her car to wash herself off with. Why would she have risked leaving the house still covered in blood, and not to mention the heat? I think the blood/Koolaid stains were from her clothes or whatever she had dumped in the car. I guess the car mats must have still been bloodied too - or she decided they were good for burning for some reason....

Ugh. I hope not. Have the DT not rubbished Travis enough? If they do play them, I hope the tapes are played in the proper order. Also, if they play the tapes, does that mean they'll put JA back on the stand again? Or more importantly can they?

On HLN Dr. Drew said Jodi got into a fight. SELF DEFENSE. This time she might be telling the truth. Theres only one prison I believe in Arizona that houses death row inmates for women. A law suit has been filed against this prison because of the vilolence against inmates by other inmates. I think its gang members. Good luck jodi. Your going to need it.

This is from the FB page which is about as expected (but still rumour!). The question is will they let us hear what's happening beforehand which will be a discussion about ALV with responses from both parties. Somehow I doubt it.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I know many psychopaths do well in prison, but she is in for a very rude awakening when she's transferred out of county. Those ladies will know exactly who she is and will not be impressed AT ALL.

I appreciate the advances made in the recognition of DV. Any kind. ALV has done a lot for that.

However, the study of the dynamic of it has moved forward, but ALV's concept has not, IMO.

I'm not sure what good she has done over the years. I cant see this woman ever being fair and listening to both sides. I think she simply sided with the female and moved on and kept siding with females in every incident even though certain females may have had grave issues themselves. We have no clue as to the damage she has caused while using her biased opinions.

I do believe now since her blatant biases have become so well known to everyone that men will be filing complaints against her for what she may have done in the past that showed her biases. I cant see her ever giving custody to a father even if the mother was unfit to care for the children and the father wasn't.

IMO, The Battered Women Syndrome got off on the wrong foot from the very start. The name of the syndrome shows gender discrimination and bias. It makes it sound like ONLY females can be victims of abuse.

Imo it should have been named Battered Syndrome for there are countless men and women who have been battered in an abusive relationship, physically, emotionally and sexually.

I truly think ALV became a 'rubber stamper' and ruled for females every time and against males.

I agree. The parents have years of experience of desensitizing when it comes to JA. She abused them too in the end. What you see on the surface with them is very likely not what is going on in the inside.

Overall, they seem like people who have had a rough road. The only thing that really bothers me is that the rest of the children seem to have some issues to, but was that becuase of dysfunction or poor parenting?

Schizophrenia, psychopathy, and other major mental illnesses are not generally thought to be the result of nurture, although in the past they were. Some such as antisocial personality (not to be confused with sociopathy) may.

I did not know that there were 7 more tapes :what: I thought she had just gotten that phone (wasn't it from Gus) so that she could tape the sex.....the one we heard was from May 10.....now there are 7 more?? I did not know that
