Sorry in advance if anyone has already seen this, but I wonder what this hearing is about? Just filed yesterday - I'm assuming by defense. (Since the docket date was for today, I don't know if it could be related to the hearing held on 4/18/2013.

4/19/2013

012 - ME: Trial - Party (001)

Docket date: 4/19/2013

4/18/2013

RQH - Request For Hearing - Party (001)

Docket date: 4/19/2013

NOTE: Request For Hearing

4/18/2013

005 - ME: Hearing - Party (001)

Docket date: 4/18/2013

4/18/2013

012 - ME: Trial - Party (001)

Docket date: 4/18/2013

I think Party (001) is the prosecution.

Omigosh!! That is brilliant!! A Websleuth Network. Wouldn't that be incredible. There are sooooooo many smart people here, it blows my mind.

I really don't understand why a trial watcher show or network wouldn't work. But, I don't really have a head for business. There must be some reason Court TV and InSession were not successful.

Maybe with live streaming, there is no reason for us to watch on TV and sit through all of the commercials.

:bananalama:

It seems obvious that smart people are out numbered in TV ratings by people who prefer Honey Booboo type shows.

Hi WS guys (what do you call yourselves?? :blushing: ). I've been a long time lurker  . I was always too shy to post, but everyone seems to be friendly and open to new people, so here I am! :innocent:

I live in Japan, so I watch the trial on Youtube. However, on the last trial day, I stayed up until deep in the morning to watch it live! I've been entrenched in the case from the beginning. What lured me at first is that this case involves the LDS church. I'm an exmormon and find it very interesting to observe the trial from that perspective. :detective:

I wish I had written much earlier, but I look forward to "edifying" this board sometimes :luv: :blue:

Kinda new, ex-LDS also, so there is a bit of perspective going on for me too, live in Arizona and have PTSD...so those are my 'agendas', so to speak:blushing:

:greetings:

Watching some funny spoofs about JM and ALV and reminded of him asking the Judge

"Can I ask THE QUESTION we've been discussing Judge?"

I really want to know what THAT question is!!! :banghead: Suppose we have to wait for his book?? Maybe an interview???

Does anyone know??? :please::please:

Darryl was NOT the vampire. The vampire was Bobby Juarez ... (wasn't really a vampire ... just liked them, etc.) lol.

:floorlaugh: I know! It's just the face he makes in that youtube clip..looks scary.

I think he has a list of 16 rebuttal witnesses and even if he does not call them all (this is his first one).. at the rate the defense is going and with the question phase I think this could well go way beyond any date projected and I do not see this wrapping up Tuesday at all (:twocents::twocents::twocents::twocents::twocents:)

The thought of JW bumbling, fumbling, stuttering and scattering papers around while she scrambles for an angle through even 1 more witness, much less 16 is going to be too painful to watch.

Those poor jurors.

I would just stand up and start hollerin', "I QUIT. ARREST ME FOR CONTEMPT. I. AM. DONE."

EDITED TO ADD I KNOW THERE AREN'T 16 REBUTTAL WITNESSES. IT WAS AN EXAGGERATION FOR EMPHASIS REGARDING THE COLLECTIVE EXASPERATION OF THE NEVER ENDING TRIAL ESPECIALLY SINCE JW PLAYS SUCH A LARGE ROLE.

BBM~ :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: Tinkerbell leap!

I hope they bring in this closet shelf expert and actually reconstruct the closet and show how Jodi's story does not make sense.

And as Judge Judy says: "If it doesn't make sense, then it's a lie!"

I'm really curious as to how the judge rules on admission of the testing on the closet shelving. Listening to JA's story she made a "tinkerbell" like leap on the edge of the shelf and grabbed the gun. Curious as to what everyone thinks as to whether this testimony will be allowed or not.?????

Those court docket lists are just too vague to really determine what they're about.

I'm watching the interrogation tapes again, and wondering when police departments are gonna stop putting the cameras in the ceiling, and realize that face-on good quality film is better for a myriad of reasons, not the least of which is how archaic the fuzzy ceiling video tapes are!!

Respectfully snipped...

RQH - Request For Hearing - Party (001)

Docket date: 4/19/2013

NOTE: Request For Hearing

I saw that too, but couldn't figure out the significance of it. I didn't see similar requests to compare to either.

the sixteen witness # is incorrect. It was :

It would have been nice to have had a camera embedded into the table that JA kept lying on.

Did you see that youtube of him I just posted? What's he, a vampire or something?? :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

So Brewer claims he wants to protect his son - face not shown during testimony and he practically sounds scared out of his wits during some of it

That Guy guy (lol) refuses to give up the name of the passenger in his car - huh?

Gee, do you think JA has info/pics/video of these guys they don't want revealed to the world? :floorlaugh:

Who knows? I think (just moo) it definitely has to do with pics/video. That's only logical explanation I can fathom of why she keeps referring to herself as a photographer. Every time she says it a man somewhere says, "oh carp!"

GO to the 2:35 moment and watch from there :)...

I have watched Dr horn several times and maybe because he has deep set (Beautiful Eyes) I dont see any wtf. Since the defense didnt call their own ME they know the truth is the truth ..no matter how many ways you ask the question.

Prayers to all that went thru all the trauma in Boston area. Thanks LE and very alert boat owner. Go Team USA.

When she gets ramped up and starts with that shrill, trying to sound incredulous, voice I often want to stab myself in the ear just to make it stop :floorlaugh:

Oh I swear I heard a (huge) collective sigh right thru my speakers when she got for cross.

A general fixation with stabbing is different from sexual gratification from stabbing.

Was there some indication from the testing from Dr. D that Jodi is a sexual sadist?

She seemed to go through the motions of sex because using her sexuality was a way to control and manipulate. The slashing of the tires always seemed to be more evidence of her predictability and reading too many novels. A jealous woman slashing tires is a cliché.

I must have missed something in the trial. When was that discussed? Was it a part of Dr. D's assessment?

BBM

In Juan's redirect of Dr.JD he brought that out after JW asked about the MMPI aggression score being low (a scale Dr.JD indicated isn't used by psychologist's because it isn't thought to be reliable).

Listening to Mimi Hall again....

If JA knew definitively that MH wasn't romantically interested in TA, would he still be here? I'm wondering if the murder would have happened anyway, if not on June 4th, than at some other point.

Feeling very grateful that Judge Stephens permitted cameras in the courtroom, that InSession is providing the feed, that websites are carrying it, that it is televised, that we have Websleuths for our enormous number of questions & opinions here, that summary transcripts are available at websites. Where would we be if we had to follow this in the evening paper? Thank you!

BBM~ Huh? It's Gus Searcy who would not give up the name of who was in the car with when Jodi called him after the killing.

He pleaded the 5th, then JSS made him write the name of the person and assured him it would be sealed.

Did you see that youtube of him I just posted? What's he, a vampire or something?? :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:
