What's her state of mind at this point in time,as the trial is soon coming to an end. I mean she's so beyond weird. Does she think she will be acquitted or what ? Her blank stares boggle my mind. And now she drawing pics of his sisters as she did Martinez.

IMO she doesn't really care.
She knows she will appeal and continue to be in the spot light.
She can adapt to whatever she needs to as long as getting attention she is not worried about it.

Straight from the horse's mouth - TA threatened JA's life AFTER she shot him. Now that's not a surprise at all - if someone shot you in the head wouldn't you threaten them as well?

I hope JM plays that part of her testimony during his closing argument. JA's own words just blew RS and ALV testimony into smithereens.

My way of looking at that is she has said there was a nonverbal physical threat on her life, ie: body slam, chase, lunge like a line backer, in the context of previous physical attacks, one in this very location, the bathroom hallway.
And a verbal threat on her life, ie: f*ckin kill you b****.
She's covered her bases.

After seeing these drawings I went to the FB page. Her portraits all have very creepy eyes--even the celebrities don't look human. I'm sure part of it is artistic ability (lacking!) but it would be hard to convey emotion or personality if you don't have those capabilities yourself.

To me, the eyes she draws look "soulless" like her.

Here's the thing I'm obsessed with today....

If I were on this jury I would completely disregard any and all of Jodi's journal entries... Why?

I don't know how to describe it but they ALL ...and I mean ALL sound so damned ....what's the word... disingenuous? contrived? wishful? delusional?

I think she had a very skewed interpretation of normal every day interactions with people and situations. I feel like she is the type of person who says something closely resembling the opposite of what she really means. Journaling is really just talking to yourself in writing... Who talks to herself like that? I feel like what she didn't say in there is the meat and potatoes of the story. KWIM?

Dr. DeMarte put it accurately when she said it's "immature" or somthing like that. I believe that in her heart she knew she was psycho, she knew she was stalking him, she knew she was generally obsessive and had a lot of faults. I believe that the simple answer is that she just did not want to admit to those faults. She was always playing the victim. She would purposefully change the story to deny any wrongdoing and lay the blame on someone else, even tyring to convince herself.

It is public it's just up to someone to access it. Azlawyer has talked about it.

I do not use those charts.
But Dt said:
Let's just look at them anyway, camera panned showed MS A.Z.Z. smiling at the defeat handled by her DT...
so what is the reason showing charts which are not what the witness uses? To her it was a meaningless testimony and as she pointed out to the Dt , I do not want to delude or mislead anyone...
well somebody does...it is not the witness...though..

IMO Wilmont is hurting herself with how she has been acting. Her little laughs and smirks. I know she has lost all my respect and I once liked her and I believe the jury has lost her respect and Nurmi's also. The are both pretty slimey IMO

Are you allowed to post the link or tell me how to view that page, and that of her brother ( if you know )? I read somewhere, that on her brother's page he said that the reason she made the sex tape was to scare off his Mormon girlfriends if she had to. I don't know if that is something she told him or he surmised but I am just curious.
