The Penis pic with the finger nails that do not look like TA, but DB fingers. Since the DT brought that stupid eyeball pic in that you can not tell anything IMHO, JM should show that pic of the fingernails...as IT WOULD LOOK BAD THAT THE JURY DOES NOT BELIEVE IT IS TA FINGERNAIL....PLUS the fact that the DT is submitting a bogus picture.....since THEY ARE ALSO BELIEVING JA word that SHE is not lying to them. As NG says....to me that would be a BOMBSHELL. Jury sees it does not look like TA fingernails, the DT this as evidence...and on top of this, it MIGHT show that JA has now lied to her own team about that Photo. So they would look really stupid on that

I just watched the video when DB was on the stand and his fingers and fingernails are very distinctive. In the picture someone posted on here regarding the penis photo, they showed Travis and DB's hands and it looks like DB's hand in the penis photo.

It'll be very hard to tell. If anything, the fingers on the penis look to be that of a Latino for it has an olive-complexion almost.

Thanks! Nail bed length and girth (git yer head outta the gutter) are completely consistent with DB, as well as the gnarled joints. TA's fingers are elongated and not knobby at all! Or nubby (ahhh jeeez)!

My theory is because the absence of a brand new camera would have pointed straight to the 'crazy photographer stalker ex-girlfriend'. Who was a self purported photographer.

Did she mention that's she's a photographer? Oh, and an artist. But really, she was a waitress. Sometimes. And sometimes a saleswoman - but that didn't really work out.

One of the things that struck me when watching Det. Flores question her is that, while she was still pretending that she hadn't been in Mesa, she asked "was anything taken?" For some reason, that made me think of the camera. Not sure why I made that leap. Like she wanted him to know that nothing was missing, including the camera.

Well, Jodi calls herself a photographer because she can. I think the media calls her a photographer because photos were one of the main reasons she was caught. Makes a nice story.

I'll try to find it, but when I saw it; DB"s fingers were square-shaped and Travis' were not.

Also, O/T but I think Travis may not be circumsised. (sorry, just sayin')

IMHO, this is the smoking gun......since the DT brought the Eye pic in.

If JA is lying to her own team, and telling them (lies) about evidence bought it -- well, I think the Jury would cook her Goose....IMHO

I hadn't seen the comparison pictures between the penis pic & DB & TA until last week. I'm shocked that anyone believes those are TA's hands. It makes me wonder big time what it is that DB is hiding (other than his penis) by lying for JA.

I always have to pass on commenting on this subject because I have never seen this pic... where do you find a pic like that?

Jodi is an adult. She can no longer blame anyone else for her own choices.

If, for instance, Jodi's parents had inattentive or abusive upbringings, would it still be their fault for Jodi? There comes a point where if we can pinpoint the cause, we have to accept responsibility for our choices after that.

It was not Jodi's parents who made the choice to slaughter at tleast one man that we know of. Jodi was completely cognizant that what she was choosing to do was not okay because of the steps taken to cover it up before it even happened.
