Once maybe in Nov.(?) can't remember the first time, but she said she next saw her was in Aug. and she remembered that because it was when her daughter got married. Apparently her daughter lives in Az. Was part of her 44 hours doing research? It would have HAVE to be. But she said she spent 44 hours interviewing JA? Did I misunderstand? " SHORELY" she didn't spend 11 hours with her each time.

Agree! All you have to do is look at DB's hands during his testimony to know that those were the ones in the penis pic; look at any picture with TA's hands in sight and you will se the truth. I understood this right away.

I also feel, as I posted before, that there was something very hinky in DB's testimony - he knows more than he was saying. I truly think that this is one scared man, afraid that if he says too much, JA will tell his ex-wife something that will cause DB to lose joint custody of his son.

I'm sure he doesn't want her to know he was sending peni pics.

Dr DeMarte didn't require that much time because it was quite apparent who/what she was dealing with.

On the other hand; both ALV and Samuels needed more time to pretend not to see the obvious by applying smoke screens which afforded them to filter out the truth then manipulate the fake.

If ALV and Samuel's TRULY believed what they testified to then our medical community is in some SERIOUS trouble for they are the very people who let dangerous people walk the streets!!!

How can it be proved though? Besides just looking at if as we have. We are at the rebuttal phase, can JM bring this up and would it be as important as the gas cans witness from walmart? Im trying to think as JM would about how relevant this is to premeditation which is the ultimate goal for JM now that we are at this phase of the trial.

That doesn't make any sense. She could've taken the entire box with her. She JUST killed someone. How hard would it have been to take a 12 ounce camera and its packagin in comparison to killing someone?

I hardly doubt his missing camera would've been noticed within the first couple of days anyway. If anything she could've staged this as a burglary and taken his laptop and other electronics.

I just don't think she was thinking THAT far ahead with thoughts of:
'Stolen camera = Jodi Arias'.
Remember she had no idea if his neighbors had surveillance cameras on or that the red light cameras (which she mentioned) caught a glimpse of her in Mesa.
She was totally winging and wishing. Unless we have this all wrong and it was nothing like how we think it went down. Perhaps she did come in as an intruder wearing ski masks etc.

I really waffle on this one. I've even considered that she may have had full intentions of taking the camera with her, but wanted to destroy any DNA on it first. In her rush to get out before someone came home she forgot it in the washing machine...talk about overthinking something lol.

I think she didn't take the camera with her because she thought she had destroyed any evidence of her being there when she tossed it in the washer. Maybe she was clever enough to know pictures can be retrieved from the camera after they're deleted, so she (being Einstein) thought she could destroy the photo evidence by putting it in the washer with bleach.

Questions about camera. She deleted pictures. How do they know? Did they capture the images she deleted? How many of the existing images on camera saved, were not deleted?

Forensic scientist Melendez testified that there were many images on the camera that were not deleted. However, the photos of Travis and Jodi on June 4th were all deleted. According to him, the recovered June 4th pictures were found in "allocated" space (which means they had been manually deleted).

But when aroused, most penis' of uncircumsized men are NOT hooded. Most noticeable when flaccid, but not when erect. Some people would never know cut or uncut if looking at an erect appendage.

Agreed! that is not Travis' bing bing because those are not Travis' fingers. But will this be brought up in court at this phase in the trial as relevant information to premeditation? I don't think it is relevant at this point. JM needs to drive home the premed so she can get the needle and help us all rid our world of this thing called JA. That is all I'm saying.

Without any formal renunciation, I think Falsity has left her Mormon religion. In her interrogation with Det. Flores, she dismissed organised religions, saying she acknowledges just the Ten Commandments. The one she mentions is Thou Shall Not Kill. We know she does not observe that either. Why would anyone believe that she would honour her oath to truthfully testify? She said on the stand, "I will tell the truth." That will be a frosty Friday in Hades. In her mind, saving her skin far outweighs any requirement to bear true witness. We know that because we have been exposed to her priorities. Many times over.

Seems to me that JA didn't see the Ten Commandments as anything more than Ten Suggestions...

And bear false witness...check, check, check...

She "may" be in trouble!
