Well, interesting, Tricia's radio show got trolled tonite by a bunch of teenage level nutballs claiming Jodi was connected to "Bigfoot". I guess Jodi isn't the only one who tests in as a petulant snarky adolescent. ;)

you're kidding! omg so sorry to hear that. well, there are all kinds out there.

i've noticed the jodi is innocent trolls are on youtube today, full force, filling the testimony pages with insults about the prosecution and their case...

Bravo again....but I don't think she's such a dangerous woman. She's basically a very stupid woman who might have been smart at one time.

I agree. She made a very unfortunate decision and her personality wouldn't allow her to back down or even bend from it. Sad way to bring out what appears to be a very effective career.

Not offended in any way but thanks. I'm not against anal sex. I'm not against anything anyone else likes or wants to do. I really kind of don't understand how anal sex can make someone be seen as a victim in the first place. A victim of what? Anal sex is anal sex just like any other kind of sex in the world UNLESS it's forced upon someone and certainly, we know, it was not a forced issue with MS. Arias.

I think because there's a religious connotation to it. Sodomy (Sodom and Gomorrah).
The mass population was conditioned into believing sodomy was wrong and against the law.

That's why homosexuals are more discriminated than lesbian relationships. In fact, lesbian relationships are encouraged and even considered hot. While homosexuality is often considered wrong.

And it's not because a man can love another man but, the anal sex that's involved. It's so antiquated. But those who take the Bible to heart often feel this way unfortunately.

I guess they decided to call in to Tricia but she smacked them down...it was great.

Ha! Sorry - but if you are her mother, you cannot factually be a heifer.

A heifer is cattle that has not yet had a calf.

Just because we are all such nitpicks here ;) but I know what you're trying to say!

That was a very polite way of not calling her a cow. Sorry..couldn't resist. Too much time to think of such things.

:seeya: katie were you in court the day DB testified? If so, can you tell us what his demeanor was like, his facial expressions, pls?

He sounded terrified to answer JM's questions IMO.

I wasn't. Wish I was but wasn't that day. :(

So where did all the water come from?

She used the cup found with Travis in the shower stall. The same cup she probably used to clean him as she said in her interviews she used to wash napoleon...grrrr I imagine her washing his body and her probably saying something like "see what you made me do." to this poor man. That's how I think the water got everywhere, she splashed it on with cup.

haha. i dont know my cow lingo. i guess what i'm trying to say is i weigh more than my daughter.

my old boyfriend used to call me a little heifer back when i was a teen, would that be cute?? or abuse?

Bravo again....but I don't think she's such a dangerous woman. She's basically a very stupid woman who might have been smart at one time.

Well, the only reason I find her dangerous is she is clearly biased against men and sees them all as the perpetrators. She may testify on behalf of an abusive woman and give her custody of children in a divorce preceeding. Or against a man that is not abusive and make it impossible for that man to see his children, if that makes sense.. I think that is scary and sad.

I believe JA was very aware of leaving behind any blood or DNA evidence would foil her trip and put her at the crime scene. When Travis came out of the shower enclosure, JA must have totaly lost it. She knew then her planned attack was taking a new life. The adrenaline rush is now what she remembers as a fog. Too much going on at once and the brain overloaded.

Yes, I believe the slitting of the throat was because she was soooo angry that he might just end up being able to escape...he was about to foil her whole plan as you say and she knew then she would get caught...also then the blood was gonna get all over the carpet and there would be no way to clean it up. She had wanted to keep everything contained in the shower or at least the bathroom tile.

I can't wait to see what the sealed records have to say about those closed door hearings with ALV. My suspicion is more around the her talking to the media DURING her testimony stuff (ER, "stalked" etc) . Just a hunch.

Partly, but I think the closed records will show how much ALV lied to the court and SHOULD have been held in contempt. She took off back to CA and should stay there. Pitiful excuse for an "expert" IMO and did a world of hurt to DV victims all over this country. :(

As much as I dislike JA for what she did and has continue to do to TA, I dislike ALV as much. Richard Samuels is just some jackleg and was easy to dismiss.

I also find it fascinating what others think and open to all different theories and scenarios.

I'm in the camp that thinks JA did this murder all by her lonesome. If she had help, the forensics would have found something.

I wonder though, if JA did in fact have help, would she throw them under the bus? I don't think so because if she did, she'd be in a catch 22. She'd be immediately found guilty of 1st degree because that would be a confession and she also couldn't use the 'fog' issue. That's the last thing she do is say she had help or someone else did it, especially with her DNA in blood there.

Just my :twocents:

the actual murder i believe jodi orchestrated all by her stabby einstein self.

the coverup i believe she may have had some help. but i don't think she fully disclosed the whole story to the players involved. kinda like "i'm in trouble i need you to do this, im really innocent, honest, it's not my fault, but things look bad for me."

So where did all the water come from?

I am a little rusty on what speculation is/was. What I recall is most feel the shower was turned on after she placed him there. With door opened and water got on the floor. That it didn't get to 3/4 inches stain on the box because the 'water' was 3/4 inches, it could have been enough to wet the bottom of the box.

Others feel she was pouring water on the floor to either assist in dragging TA or cleanup.

I believe the first. It makes the most sense she would attempt to clean him up. Its very possible the shower was still on when things went crazy and she started stabbing him which possibly could account for the amount of water. It took 62 seconds from the last photo. I would think the floor would be wet for sure.

There seems to be quite a few of them around. When WE were that age, while we thought about saying and doing a lot of those things, we knew better not to and usually did not. I had to drive through the nearby high school parking lot one day during their lunch and imagine what I thought when several jumped up and sat their butts on my hood while I was driving?

Some of you are looking at this crime through "normal" eyes....you're assuming JA would react as you would (or a movie/tv show) at a murder scene.

I'm fairly sure that after inflicting the gruesome carnage that she did, she was not thinking clearly. "Delete pictures!" Panic "clean body" panic..."I gotta get out of here!" ...panic..."gather laundry"....panic...she was not running thru a CSI/Dexter/Nancy Grace episode in her head. She actually committed the unimaginable ...in real life.

She killed him. In an extremely heinous way. Over thinking this is only going to drive everyone nuts and give the DT more ideas for mistrial motions.

Peace for the Victims. Punishment-not fame-for the guilty.

Moo.

If they'd been funny I might have kept listening. Too bad! I usually really enjoy the callers so I hope Tricia keeps on keeping on. :) thanks for being there again KCL.

IIRC, they didn't have separate bedrooms until after she attended the PPL conference and started to see missionaries from the Mormon Church. He claimed that she was saving her self for marriage and moved into another bedroom.

But the other 3, definitely red flags. He said she would take pictures without him knowing, thats pretty darn telling she could do it again. Probably did a lot of pictures that way.

Gosh, I could have sworn he testified about separate bedrooms unrelated to PPL. LOL

There's definitely something real big she has on that man IMO. We'll probably hear about it after she's convicted and looking for a media interview.

I know the prosecution has a strong case, and many people keep saying they should just stick to the big things. But I think the little things like this are things they can use to chip away at the credibility of the DT's case. I hope Juan addresses more of them in his rebuttal. I completely trust him, so I'm sure he'll bring forward any testimony that he thinks is important to ensure justice for Travis.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I think this case has gone on long enough and that we ALL want to get to the verdict. I'll sure miss the peeps here who have gathered together on a daily basis to watch how it all plays out, but it's becoming a bit exhausting being on the emotional roller coaster every day.

Love ya guys, and I wouldn't have survived this trial without you. Hopefully we'll meet on another thread after this trial concludes so that we can catch up and enjoy each other's company again. :grouphug:

I agree... our trial lasted only a few days...it was hell... I cannot imagine how that poor family must feel by now. It is time for it to all be done...
Lock her up, throw away the key, hopefully in anticipation of her date with the needle.
And no worries... another nutcase will come along and do something horrific to someone and we will all find ourselves here again...sad, but true...
