In my heart of hearts I agree. Sometimes I think have to believe that because it would make sense of why she is the way she is.

Not sure what, but it seems to be something to ponder.

Oh, I don't think anyone thinks it gives her a free pass, Tulessa. I've wondered myself, though, just because I would like to understand what makes her the way she is. Part of why I would like to understand her is I would like to know what she's going to do next -- not that it matters now, since she'll be in jail for the rest of her life.

I don't believe that. I think she learned early on that sex is a weapon with men. That since her parents were not going to put up with her shenanigans she needed someone that she could draw into her corner. Being a pretty young girl is a powerful thing. Most girls know how to handle it.. Some realize early on that it has power and use it for ill gain...

I don't believe she was ever the victim.. Ever.

It is not that easy to do a name change on an airline ticket, they are non-transferable. This is on published rate tickets, purchased by an individual. Only the person who is traveling can even get info regarding the reservation and do any type of changes (like change of date). The person who is traveling can try and sometimes (almost never) be able to get the name change but they need to have a great reason and someone at the airline willing to take that chance.

With that said, if this was a group ticket then the person who made the reservation (travel agent, group leader etc.) would be the person who would make that change. On Group tickets, names changes could be permitted. All persons traveling are on one PNR with one record locator. The Group would also be names, for example this group might have been PPL Cancun.

In either case, the reservation PNR would be dully noted and very easy to track.

Agreed... a client of mine had a Christmas trip planned for Cancun which included a total of 15 people. Said client is a frequent traveler and have homes in Cancun and Guatemala. Their neice who was on the list decided not to go a month before the trip, they tried to change the ticket to another family member. My client is a very persistant businesswoman and she and her husband are very well off. Try as they might they could not get the ticket changed and had to eat the first ticket and purchase another one for the person going in place of the neice who was going along as a nanny for their younger children.

I don't know about that... I do think Jodi used sex in the way some people use drugs and alcohol to self-medicate... She also used it as an instrument of control.

JA was acting like she was so upset, but managed to sneak glances of every photo...it creeped me out and I actually felt as though she was excited reliving the slaughter.

That's exactly why I think she had another camera with her and she photodocumented that crime scene for later viewing pleasure since she's convinced she'll get out some day.

In a spot somewhere lays hidden a box containing the gun, the knife and her camera. She has copies of her handiwork somewhere online.

The FBI profiler book I talked about a few days ago revealed the extreme sexual pleasure criminals get from viewing their crime scene photos.

The two profilers conducted thousands of interviews for research and most of the murderers were running the "I've repented and found religion" hustle but the moment the crime scene photographs hit the table, the facade was gone and almost 100% of the convicts began to salivate.

I agree.

I think she new early on she was "hot" and I will give her that she was very pretty when she was younger and that she could use that to her advantage to get what she wanted.then as years went on she realised she could use sex to get what she wanted.

I do not see anything or have a gut feeling that she was ever sexually abused. In my mind she used men for sex, nothing else

I believe that also. At some point I will be telling my sex abuse tale on probably the PTSD forum but for the moment I want to say about JA....unlike myself, when she was younger she grew up in an era where sex abuse was talked about in public and when help was readily available and people to talk to about such issues if she couldn't talk to her parents. She makes me incredibly angry trying to come off as a sex abuse victim.

That's the one thing, to my mind, argues that she wasn't. She shows behavior that fits with that, but behavior doesn't PROVE she was abused.

I agree that Nurmi would use it if he knew about it. But even if she had been, she hasn't necessarily told him. I don't know why she'd keep quiet about it, though. It's a much bigger sympathy-getter than the BWS claim.

I do think the claim is going to come up after she's convicted.

I agree. And I think if anyone had sexually abused her she would be crying it from the rooftops. She's used any and every excuse in the book to avoid responsibility and it's all based on complete lies. She's already accused her family of "beating" her, so why not accuse them of sexual abuse too?

It either didn't fit with what she was going for, or she's saving it for last if slandering Travis doesn't work for her.

I think she was just born the devil.
