RS tested Jodi after the ninja story went "poof". One of the questions was whether she had been sexually molested by someone more than 5 yrs. older than her when she was under 16. She answered "no". fwiw

But he DIDNT represent travis and look how he delighted in bringing out all the sex tapes etc to use against him to help his client.

I have to respond to that, our 27 year old son still lives with us and he uses massive amounts of toilet paper. He also takes more than a few showers per day and uses every towel and washcloth within 1-2 days. Funny thing is, he doesn't appear to be that clean and spiffy in his appearance. As a woman, I don't think I've bathed, showered or used that many towels in my entire life.

Haha... I know ! It is amazing the amount of towels and washcloths, not to mention the toilet paper they can go through !

Oh, I don't think anyone thinks it gives her a free pass, Tulessa. I've wondered myself, though, just because I would like to understand what makes her the way she is. Part of why I would like to understand her is I would like to know what she's going to do next -- not that it matters now, since she'll be in jail for the rest of her life.

There was a very insightful post yesterday by someone whose name I can't remember. Anyway, they said they think Jodi has killed before because this person had done research on serial killers and murderers and said they get relief from killing and so she had probably done it before, which is how come she knew she would get relief after killing Travis. (I hope I haven't misunderstood the poster's meaning!). I have been thinking about this, and I believe like that poster that she has definately killed an animal before.

Note how a few times during her testimony she said "I haven't killed anything before." Well, we all know she lies, you have to take the opposite of what she says...so what she really meant is, "I have killed before" (besides poor Travis, I mean). Also during interview with Flores she mentioned she could never even hurt an animal. She mentioned how much affection she has for animals, exxagerated about how much Napolean liked her, and also during the trial she always "cries" on cue when the subject of animals comes up...like I think a few times with Laviolette. It's the same as when she fake-cries for Travis...like she doesn't actually have the feeling, but she knows she's supposed to feel some kind of emotion there, so she fakes it. But really in her head she's remembering with glee what she did to that animal.

Also remember she said "I can't stand the sight of blood" or something along those lines (which I still can't believe she said on the stand). We know that's not true or she would have never been able to go through with Travis' murder after the first stab. Also, the opposite of that is that she likes the sight of blood....so... I am sure she has tortured an animal before.

It is amazing how after all the years of our friendship, I remain convinced that we are truly sisters from another mother, I lay in bed last night reviewing the same part of the case and sharing much your same thoughts. I truly believe that the DP was conceived and implemented for the Jodi's of this world. I also share that sick feeling that she will not receive it. I will be so extremely happy if I am wrong.

Just getting caught up on the rest of the trial from Thursday.

I was very surprised, as I am sure many were, about the job of caretaker that the throat slasher apparently had at one point.

It was quite revealing as Wilmott started the grilling about her past jobs, and when Dr. DeMarte mentioned the caretaker job, it threw Wilmott into a spin.

Wilmott began to fluster, (she has a terrible poker face BTW), stuttering, and was surprised (in my opinion).

After hearing the caretaker info, her line of questioning abruptly stopped, and she quickly changed the subject.

It makes me wonder if (my opinion only) this is the child that the throat slasher apparently befriended and was the Spiderman fan, and it was the throat slasher that may have bought some Spidey underwear?

Maybe?

Anyway, I thought this was VERY intriguing information.

JA wouldn't have planted on TA's computer since that thought hadn't occurred to her until years in jail and a good defense was made. Remember, her first defense was I wasn't there, her second was ninjas THEN the self defense claim.

That's why she stole the gun to complete her knifing slaughter. Jodi is a knife girl, up close and personal. She wanted it to appear like the murder was the work of two people from the day she staged that bogus robbery.

I think you would serve yourself and your family best if you skip going to trial everyday and watch from home when you can. The Alexanders know your heart and know you have a job and family and they would not want, and I trust Travis would not want, you to put either of those second. I so thoroughly enjoy your take on things. I believe you could write observations from watching at home, even if it is not about which juror is or is not taking notes.

Something is telling you to cut back , trust your intuition and please take care of yourself. You are an Angel on earth.

What you have done for the family would be tough to measure. I trust they will love you forever for all of your kindness. There is nothing you could do from here on out that is ever going to diminish that in the hearts and minds of them. Or us. I say these things to you in the name of Jesus Christ with love , respect and affinity. It has humbled me seeing how you give so much of yourself. Whatever you decide to do, about cutting back or even not going until the verdict.....it is enough. You are well loved and respected, and that friend, is perpetual.
