I was traumatized for a few hours when I had to look that one up.

:thud: :thud: :thud:

I could have gone until the end of time without ever needing to know what that one meant. lol

I was flipping through the channels on the tube the other night when I could not sleep and the opening song for Frazier came on.... I flipped that channel so fast....lol

Grrrrrr. And again I was forced to go to urban dictionary.

And again my perverse curiosity got the better of me and I hovered over some of the "L" words ...:thud:

Urban dictionary is not my friend.

I did the same thing for theTS-I think I'll let this one pass_

I think the camera in the washing machine was an accident. With Jodi's knowledge of cameras there is no reason why she would not have taken the camera and/or the memory card with her. She took all the other evidence. I think in her rush, the camera accidently got scooped up with the laundry she did. I think she ran around frantically trying to find it before she left but she ran out of time and had to leave without it.

The scoop up/accident theory makes no sense when Jodi manually deleted the photos at the house -- showing her intent on leaving it behind. Plus, an accidental scoop-up of a heavy bridge camera is stretching it considerably.

I read a page and laugh a page. I will NEVER get caught up, and I'm having a lens inplant put into my left eye tomorrow. :floorlaugh:

Implant?

Perhaps you could borrow one of Jodi's.

I don't know how much she's using them these days...

It's ignorant for anyone to say "no women enjoy anal sex".

For the women who don't like anal sex, you speak for yourself. You do not speak for other women. Women are not BORG.

With that said, Jodi liked anal.
Oh...I'm sorry, I thought you were agreeing to the "no one likes anal sex" comment. My apology.

Sorry if this was brought up re: why leave the camera when she went and took other things. Does anyone know if that camera had a GPS on it? If she does have familiarity with cameras and for all intent and purpose she does (more than the average person by the information I know with this case) I wonder if she was concerned that with GPS on the camera, then it could be tracked. So, she did the next best thing, deleted the photos, threw it in the washing machine to destroy it. I think TA was excited by his new camera; maybe he told her (or she got to see that day) all the nifty features it had...

If that type of camera doesn't have GPS then forget that theory :-)

Interesting thought!

She certainly didn't realize all new cars have GPS systems though. I wonder if they even bothered trying to obtain that information via Budget. Probably not seeing she quasi confessed on July 16th.
I tell ya, it must be challenging to be a female-Einstein. The pressure!!

Well-I can tell you this.Atleast one juror is thinking she put the camera in the washer to get rid of evidence as they ask DD this question

Best of luck Tulessa!!! I know we've been waiting for months for this day!!! I hope you have "text to talk" software and good headphones!!!

I can hear it snow! :) I will be able to see without my glasses or contacts after tomorrow! I'm excited!! :)

The juror who made the link between the May 26th argument and the May 28th burglary is the juror I don't want to get cut.

That juror will guarantee no acquittal because he or she gets it!

I doubt it. Especially cameras from 2008.

Love your nic, but gotta say...stop picking on my Nancy :floorlaugh:.

I never heard about GPS in a camera before. Is this possible?

Exactly. If she was taking the camera with her, why delete the photos in the first place?

BBM: You're exactly right! WHY the camera was in the washer is insignificant. The ONLY thing that matters is that it was there for LE to find. The photos have played a HUGE role in nailing her scrawny a$$ for butchering Travis. The planets were aligned and the universe was in order.

Quoting myself here, but isn't it ironic that her claim to fame, photography, is what eventually brought her down? :rocker:

Thanks button not enough... :thankyou: the minutiae has been gone over ad nauseum. She killed him. She planned it. Everybody (jury too!) is on board...lets just get this over with.

I just want to jump really quick on a conversation that people have been discussing off and on: the idea of Jodi finding a relationship while in jail. Usually I am neither here nor there about the death penalty, but there is something about the idea of her finding someone that makes me cringe. The idea that she could find love, have sex again, basically enjoy one of the most wonderful things about life. That she could still experience that. It pisses me off, because she robbed TA of it, and I feel likewise she does not deserve to make love or love someone again.

There are some sick ****s out there. A lot of those sickos don't end up in jail. Instead, they end up pursuing relationships with the worst kind.

Richard Ramirez... had a huge fanbase. He ended up marrying one of his fans.

Ted Bundy had sex with the dead bodies of his victims, and yet someone loved him enough to marry him while he was serving time.

Susan Smith... she has had sexual relationships with not one but TWO guards.

And that is just to name a few. If Jodi is given LWOP she will, as others have said, adapt to it, and start a new life. She may even get married. She can continue her art. People will be interested. They will be fascinated. She doesn't deserve any of that. She does not deserve to love, to have relationships, to write, paint, laugh, love, live, etc. Really, I feel quite emotional about the subject. But there is something about her smug attitude that especially rubs me the wrong way. If she is given LWOP it will almost be like (to me) she got away with her crime.

Talk about her SMUG attitude, have you seen her website [link removed]??!! I almost died... It doesn't even mention that she is in jail, it actually looks like she had it set up so she could continue her career as an "artist" when she gets out (well that, and the reality show she acts like she's hoping to get when the trial is over!!)

Her smug attitude gets me too... I can't stand it.. I mean... I REALLY can't stand it!!!!! She has NO CLUE that she's toast, and NEVER getting out... and that bothers me soooo much!

But she's the one with all the photo-savvy. For she was a semi-professional. Most computer chips leave a footprint on the motherboard. How does she NOT know this? Why not just take out the memory card as a precaution? It's not making sense.

I really feel we're all missing a piece of this puzzle. I don't believe it's as cut and dry as both sides (accident verses intentional) thinks.
