How can you be assured she won't commit suicide under your watch? I think it is a real possibility. You only have to look as far as Melinda Duckett to see the outcome of such a travesty. Her explanations of where Trenton went were not unlike Casey's.

I agree. There is an almost hysterical (IMO) edge around Casey that makes me wonder.

I really am unsure of how to verify to you that this is really me. I just became irritated over some of the garbage that has been circulating not only here but on other sites as well. If you have an idea as to how I can prove to you that this is me then let me know.

I agree with the poster about television appearances. If this isn't self serving then we won't be seeing either of you on television, in books about this case or magazine articles. You will be working behind scenes to find Caylee and not advertise yourselves and/or your actions.

We are involved for one reason and one reason alone and that is to find this poor little girl Caylee. We (really I should say my Uncle) were sought out to get involved in this. We are not doing this for any money, fame or anything other then hoping to get a result as to finding Caylee and hopefully alive. No more no less!!! We have an opportunity to possibly provide an opportunity or an alternate resource of trying to find the whereabouts of Caylee. It's obvious that nothing has progressed in this case since she has been incarcerated. Remember that I am only the bondsman in this case. As far as sorting through the details and moving forward to get the result we so hope for that is Leonard's forte and trust me when I say that he is very good at what he does. But for some people like the username Halijah or something like that (please excuse the spelling if I got it wrong) to quote me as she did on this forum without ever once speaking to me and quoting me like I am some uneducated person is totally uncalled for. Every one of those facts she quoted are totally untrue. I have never spoken with anybody about any of this except for the 2 shows on Fox news.

How are you guys planning on keeping Casey safe from somebody harming her or possibly killing herself?

I have no clue how the process works, but have read various articles and have a few questions. Apparently you have to notify the investigating agency of your intentions on posting bond, which they say hasnt been done? The ankle bracelet takes a few days to get fitted, which I assume they will not even start that process until they are officially informed of the intent to bond her out. So if you are successful in bonding her out earliest she would be released would be Tuesday possibly Wednesday?

I want to no who said she had to wear ankle??????

I commend you for shying the "limelight", and for being willing to stick out your neck (i.e. your money). The media are like hungry sharks, devouring everything in sight, whether true or not. That goes for Greta, Nancy Grace, Geraldo, you name them. You've seen one, you've seen them all. I have neither seen you on TV, nor do I know anything at all about your uncle. I am a non-TV watcher, I've got better things to do (one of them is being here on WS). I wish I could talk to your uncle, I'm sure he is an expert in handling cases like this one, but I've got a few ideas of my own on how to handle Casey so she feels comfortable enough to spill the beans, and none of them include torture.

The forfeiture law in California is 185 days. Florida is 90 days. SLO is in reference to San Luis Obispo. The email was sent when that news station contacted Leonard and a girl working for me stating that this is what they heard. The phone calls were coming one after another. I was on an airplane coming back from Houston when this "leak" yes leak came out. Leonard then on his own sent out the response. Trust me I wish that it would have never got out there. I really do not like the publicity. I am a very simple person. I do not like the constant phone calls from every tv show out there. I was called from 5:00 am west coast time this morning and hounded until 9:00 about going on several shows today.

Think we could stay on topic here, WSers? I believe he is having a difficult enough time going back to read the direct posts and questions without all the rest of it. We have a great opportunity to find some answers and I, for one, take it quite seriously.

Police said there are three things that need to happen before Casey Anthony can be released. First, the investigating agency has to be notified.

Officials will not reveal the second condition because of its nature. They did, however, say it is a procedure that can be cleared relatively quickly.

The third is the home confinement provision of her release. She will not wear a GPS monitor, but rather a monitor that requires a specific phone line in her home.

She would only be able to leave if her destination is cleared in advance, such as a job, doctor visits or to see her lawyer.
