OHHHHHHHH LP was right.
So what did LP say, and when did he say it? TIA
OHHHHHHHH LP was right.
Bingo. And isnt duct tape wide, so as to cover the nose & mouth on a little face? Definite premeditation. Caylee must have been so frightened, makes me ill to think about it. :rage:The duct tape went over Caylee's hair.
Casey didn't intend to EVER take it off.
Yup, that's what I think! I think she chloroformed her with a rag, then duct taped it in place to ensure Caylee would suffocate. There's a possibility that the duct tape isn't what killed Caylee. (Duh...)
KC could have been under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or just her own mental illness, or anger. She could have drugged Caylee first, to subdue her enough to finish off with the tape, in case Caylee "woke up". How sickening it is to type this! But that's what I think is a possibility.

If the media doesn't get them ALL up right away, I will go and get my own copy. For Websleuthers only, of course... heh
What i'm afraid of the evidence showing, is possible caylee fingerprints on the duct tape..I'll be sick if that is the case.
Can't WAIT for this doc dump! :clapping:
mr. Olivander says the wand chooses the ... Oh nevermind ... Wrong forum.
I wonder if they also found fingerprints on the heart sticker or sticker residue left on the duct tape. Probably fingerprints on the bags as well. Could be some on the toys, etc
IDK but I guess it goes to intent. If you formed an opinion in an instant to kill then that's premeditated??? Rather than you lashed out, the victim died but there was no formed intent to kill the person? I am not an expert and I don't play one in real life.
That's what I was thinking. I'm afraid that, as bad and horrible things have been, we have not begun to scratch the surface of what happened and what KC is capable of. I think it's going to get really, really ugly.:behindbar
<respectfully snipped>
I think the evidence on the tape will tell us all if this was premed or not. IMO, it does not matter. I still think dp applies either way. She was 2 yrs old.
In the hearing the SA indicated that they would not be ready for trial until at least the end of the year. I am confused with "supposed" info contained in the upcoming doc dump that they seem so positive about the damning info it contains. Wouldn't that speed up a trial date?
You're assuming that the experts will come up with something to dispute the state's case -- I'm not. They get paid or not, as the case may be, for taking a look and more for testifying. I'm betting most are not going to testify. After this dump, I expect at least some of her experts to drop out. We likely won't know for sure until trial, when they're not called, but still, I think they will. Not everyone is for sale. That being said, I'll be snarky and suggest that HL may still testify.![]()

Hmmm....wonder if this helps out LA and his "CMA" plea...is THIS enough "knowledge and means to facilitate the answers" for ya, Lee???
I think LP was a Carnie and guessed peoples weight, age, etc. in an earlier life. He is good at using reasonable deduction to determine an outcome and has the microphone (NG) to do it publicly.
Wouldn't be the first time. Lizzie Borden comes to mind. There are other indications such as telling Amy that Cindy was going to "give" the house to her. Then there was a rumor that she was going to get $15,000 from an insurance policy. Makes you go ... "Hummm."You know? I think we are are about to learn things that will even frighten GA and CA ... knowing that KC was even in their home for that short time between incarcerations. And I think it will give them nightmares about what could very likely have happened to them ... at any time before that.
