So what did LP say, and when did he say it? TIA
On 02/11 he said that he'd heard from a source that the duct tape had KC's fingerprints on it.
So what did LP say, and when did he say it? TIA
Yes, or Caylee lip, skin prints is what they are talking about vs finger prints. ugh.
Don't know it if has been discussed, but what if Casey truly has more than one personality and she can reveal them to anyone out of fear?
My brother and his wife have been trying to adopt for almost a year, and we have talked about how badly they want a child and, just as you say, why kill her, why not give her to people would treasure her?! The question is really rhetorical.
CMA your goose is cooked! JB hospitalized with stomach problems! Don't feel bad Jose, she makes me sick to my stomach too.
OMG! She makes me sick to my stomach as well! Such an evil, evil *@$%^!%$!!! She's a real piece of work, that's for sure.
Wonder how George and Cindy are feeling right now.
jubilee, I'll be adding some prayers to their chances too!
Keep us posted on the process.

Wouldn't be the first time. Lizzie Borden comes to mind. There are other indications such as telling Amy that Cindy was going to "give" the house to her. Then there was a rumor that she was going to get $15,000 from an insurance policy. Makes you go ... "Hummm."
Very true. I would also like to add a thought. Suspects, defendants and convicted criminals are also not generally so shallow and one-sided. Often they can be intelligent, charming, thoughtful people who are capable of doing many good things. They love and are loved. They have been good citizen members of the community. A criminal act does not reveal that the person was always bad or all bad. The particular criminal act was bad and they are being called to account for it to society. However, like other individuals, they are multi-faceted.Do you mean "she can't reveal them to anyone out of fear?
I think there would be no history to support "multiple personality disorder". i.e., no reported history of blackouts; fugue states; memory lapses; observations of very different personalities ...
Jesse might have been trying to establish that w/his talk of KC being a "completely different person", but my guess would be that the reason he kept saying that was to protect people's opinion of him.
Who WOULD want to publicly admit that the person you loved, turned out to be someone very different? It leads to ... you have bad judgment.
In more normal situations, I have advised parents not to approach their children (regardless of age) with "I always knew (s)he was a creep!" "Everyone has always disliked her/him", etc. Because, that may sound supportive, but it actually is just the opposite. What your child/friend will hear is, "WE always knew (s)he was ... and YOU chose badly/were too stupid not to know, we always did/YOU make bad choices ... etc.
Tearing down someone's judgment (no matter how clueless, i.e. Jesse ad family) doesn't usually help them move on as quickly as just saying, "it would have been almost impossible to detect that level of ... dysfunction ... those characteristics, etc." "We support you in your new thoughts of what might have been hidden from you."
Obviously, JMO
What is particular bad news for the defense. There is video of Dr. Baden, the husband of LB on KC's "dream team", on GVS giving a quite detailed report, complete with demonstrations, on just how wonderful duct tape is to a forensic investigation, how impossible it is to not leave meaningful evidence on its surface, and how damning it is for a defendant when duct tape is found related to a crime.
How can you defend against a piece of evidence, when all the prosecutor has to do is pop in a video of your husband clearly declarring that fingerprints on the glue side of duct tape would be unquestionable conclusive evidence of who comitted the crime?
I very much doubt that with evidence like this the prosecution is going to approach the defense for a plea deal. The offer would have to come from the defense. The problem is KC believes her own propaganda. She won't plea because she no longer believes the truth of what happened; she believes her own story and will willingly blame her attorney if she is wrong. That has been her pattern and has become her reality.
These docs were released to defense. JB then had to enter the hospital. No matter how hard he leans on this client; because of her dysfunctional thought process, he will never get her to agree to a plea deal. That step must come before he enters into any discussions of a plea deal with the prosecution.
IMHO, this case is going to trial no matter how much is at stake. Prosecution knows that too and they are spending their time prepping for trial.

Muzikman, YOU ROCK!!:bowdown: We're not worthy of thee!!
TIA!

As horrible as it sounds, I could envisage doing away with (sorry just can't say "killing") my parents LONG before I could imagine hurting one of my children.

Okay. The first reports just said the lab results on the duct tape were back. First reports also indicated the doc dump would not be good for defense.Local 6 is saying that no fingerprints were found on duct tape

Possibility of Fingerprints on the duct tape was bad enough - I cannot even come up with what might be damning in this doc dump - can it get more horrificWith all the rumors and misreporting -- we may never know!!!!
