I agree that if KC is goes free, in the short-term she will have her notariety and fame (and probably tons of "blood-money") which further boost her sick fantasies of her superiority over the rest of law-abiding society. But I also believe that it will not take long for everything to come crashing down on her. IMO she is completely incapable of functioning on her own society as an adult, anyone who choses to associate with her will also already be on the fringes of society themselves. (Think of the cast of characters who have thrown themselves into this arena already!) Her life will be dark and seedy. When I think of her going free what always pops into my mind is the stories you read of rich, crazy heiresses dying of old age alone in a cheap, filthy hotel room.
