I have to say I don't understand these last two motions posted..Who or what is withdrawing or is it something else..when does baez stop motions????:banghead:

It would a be a motion where one of the attorneys of record in the case is asking to withdraw. You can't just quit a client you represent without permission from the court to stop representing them in court if you have already appeared as their counsel. It is rumored that this is the attorney for Deputy Cain...not one of the major players.
