What does this mean?

There are no "confirmed" samples of Burke's handwriting available to the public. I am going by the CBI's analyses of its six qualified document examiners who eliminate John as the writer, and come very close to eliminating Patsy as the writer, but who can't eliminate Burke as the writer.

However, if you go to ACR's website, she has copies of the handwriting from Burke's personal picture album. The handwriting in the captions of those photos is what Darnay Hoffman's QDE's used to determine that Patsy wrote the RN. But IMO there's one little problem with that -- Patsy didn't write the captions; Burke wrote the captions. IOW, Hoffman's examiners unknowingly proved that Burke wrote the ransom note.

Where does it say Burke wrote that picture album stuff? You're basing your whole theory on what you think might be his handwriting? This is a child who lost his sister! I'll be eager to see what you come up with, only after you can post confirmed exemplars of Burke's handwriting.

halycon,

Just look at the captions on the pictures. The pictures are of Burke when he was little; and the captions are written in the first person, are worded like a child would word them, and do indeed resemble the writing in the ransom note. When asked who wrote the captions, Patsy responded with her usual, she "doesn't remember".

There are no "confirmed" exemplars of Burke's handwriting available to the public. The Ramseys scooped up all exemplars of Burke after JonBenet died, and began typing everything thereafter -- even notes to his teachers.

However, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation's handwriting experts have Burke's exemplars, and they could not eliminate him as the possible writer of the ransom note.

Of course Patsy doesn't remember writing in her children's photo books....Patsy doesn't remember anything!

IF IF IF Burke did write the questioned tidbit, WE/you/us are riding on the same old bus that has reached the same old dead end of this long road, and turning around to come back. Burke could not be prosecuted for nuthin' cuz of his (as My Cousic Vinny said) 'yout'.
