I think this is going to be a key weakness in the defense's case. This is the crux of the entire case right here. Where exactly, was Caylee, @ 8 pm , when Casey was at Blockbuster with Tony?

If they are going to take Zanny off the table, then WHO had the child?

The defense needs to answer this one crucial question if they want to save their client. And I don't think they have an answer.

I wonder if the DT are telling ICA it's time to come clean..We can't help you any further until you decide to tell the Gawd awful truth into Caylee's demise!

I wonder if she's demanding her lead attorney go to the SAO's and foster a deal she can live with....of course, it's not her terms...I would be happy if JA/LDB/FG along with CJPB, Jr.s confirmation of going along with LWOP and must tell the truth about Caylee's death..and it must match up to the evidence at hand or no dice...

She backs up the car into garage on June 17th - neighbor saw her and said first time he ever saw her do this.

But she, imo, killed Caylee around 4 on June 16th - IMO.

I don't know when she dropped the chloroform or how she did it, but Caylee was in the trunk on the 16th - and KC was at blockbuster around 7 or so. So the deed was done by then.

I am going to say she was at the house around 3:30 (George worked from 3 to 12). There is no phone activity from 3:30 to 4:10 - then a flurry - I think she is at the house at that time and is concerned Cindy might be coming home - there is a panic of calls and she finally reaches her at 4:14. I think Caylee was dead at that time.

So she could have killed Caylee at the house in the garage around 3:30 and then left and drove around - started calling Cindy around 4:10 to make sure all was cool and talked to her around 4:15 for a minute and a half and then Jesse, then Tony.

What she is doing for the two hours 4:30 to 6:30 is anyone's guess - driving around and then goes to Tony's. She is at blockbuster at 7:58.

SOLACE: In my mind, I have thought the "face-taping & sticker" might have happened in the house, but the chloroform, feet and hands were done in the car close to the 4:30 time. ( this should be in the theory thread, i know) This, because I had thought the flurry of calls was to take one last ditch effort to find someone to take care of Caylee.
By 7PM for sure, Caylee was gone.

In terms of strategy, I agree with many up thread who don't think the defense has a solid strategy at this point, and with the most recent rulings, their options are really dwindling to nothing. With the concrete evidence of 31 days, duct tape, chloroform, and decomp in the car, they're toast.

In my opinion, George and Cindy are hoping for being able to stay in the court room. I feel that it is possible for George to stand up and drop to his knees saying I am so sorry...blah blah I didn't mean to let you (meaning poor innocent Casey) take the blame for this!!

While Cindy grasps her chest, holds up her bible and yells the truth will set you free...While Lee rushes up to his father and holds his shoulder and says I still love you dad.

Plus, I think she honestly believes she is going to walk free. This whole courtroom thing is just a social event for her until she can walk out and get on with her life.

Exactly - to a T. She is the center and she is lovin it. She thinks it is going to end in a mistrial and then another trial and possibly a win. She is not worried - my impression - she has very little feeling in her. If she did, she could not have killed this baby.

I look at Caylee and go whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. She is absolutely adorable. Looked like Pepples in her grandfather's arms and she killed her the next day.

I can't wait.

It takes NG almost a week to catch up with the news. Plus we long ago realized that they seem to film Friday's show earlier in the week and never cover breaking news as a result. The news of the psychiatrists dropped on Monday or Tuesday. Which means that yeah NG is probably only just getting around to this "Bombshell" tonight.

What was she doing for those couple of hours? Looking for some place she could dump Caylee so she wouldn't be found. Ran out of time, went with Tony like nothing important had happened...
She either forgot about the Suburban drive area or was frustrated when she went there, by teens or kids hanging out there and had to rethink... then as the days went by the remains were so malodorous she had to do something and do it quickly, so she tossed her like roadkill into the woods.

What if they depose Laura's lawyer and what if her lawyer tell's, with her approval, who paid her to alter the TES documents? I don't see how this can possibly help the defense. Unless, it was the Anthony's who paid her, then we may see Casey's defense team aim the speeding bus at both of the Anthony's.
