I did read it. You said in a later post, when I pointed out that Casey couldn't claim that George molested Caylee unless she said she witnessed it herself -

Oh please, lets not go THERE!

Are you kiddin me?

They have enough on her, TRUST ME!

then why is the prosecutors office sitting on their hineys? Gosh, I really hope you're right and they have enough to put her away.

I really don't believe a judge would allow you (as Casey's attorney) to create a defense accusing someone else of commiting various crimes without evidence and facts to back up those accusations.

They do it everyday in courts........all it takes is ONE juror who has a reasonable doubt.............then turn around if George were charged and use the same defense but reverse it as to Casey did it.

:clap:TIA since beginning. Great Theory also corresponds with both of their facial expressions &GM's denial. MOO

I have been thinking about how I would defend Casey if I were her attorney. She is a habitual liar, with no moral code, which would make her hard to present to a jury. I would just need to establish reasonable doubt..........

I believe I could do it with my but...... GEORGE DEFENSE........

I would portray Casey as a young woman who had been sexually abused by her father since age 2 or 3. I would show her sociopath ways even as a kid to show how it had affected her mentally. Bring in every person she ever went to school with to tell about her lies and crazy ways. I would bring out all of her promiscuity, drugs, alcohol, etc. to show the pattern of a sexually abused young woman. I would get shrink after shrink to testify how that is the exact patterns they see in their practice when sexual abuse started young by a parent.

Then I would try to make the jury think the reason George filed for divorce in 05 was to get away from the house because he knew he would most likely do the same to Caylee. When that didn't work out, George fought the urge as long as he could but he eventually succumbed to his perversion.

Caylee could talk now and was going to tell Cindy. He killed her as he knew he would go to jail for the rest of his life, and with his LE background he could likely hide her where no one would ever find her.

The day it happened he put her in the back yard, because Cindy would be home soon. Casey was gone, because she had not come back for Tony's the night before. Cindy said she did not see Casey that morning before she left, but she heard them in the room. Then we get to the big lie George told about seeing them both that morning down to the details of what they had on.

Then, I would remind the jury of George saying he had a key to Casey's car. All he would have to do would be load her in Casey's car in what he thought was a sealed bag and dispose of the body. He could have told Casey when she came in that day to go borrow that shovel that he was going to move a bush and she most likely would have. She could have thought Caylee was with Cindy. While Casey was taking a nap or taking a shower, George could have taken the body and buried it somewhere close without Casey ever knowing her car had been moved or just put it in the trunk of the car.

Why Casey left her car that night was because she opened the trunk and found the body...She freaked out...she left her purse, lost her blackjack etc. all in a fit of panic. She calls her dad, and he tells her to keep her mouth shut or he would say she did it and everyone would believe him since he was LE.

Casey ran to Tony's and other places to stay hidden, because she knew if she saw her mother, all hell would break loose. She had a psychotic break of sorts.

In the meantime her father had a chance to get to her and tell her the way it was going to be told. She didn't want her mother to find out she had been having sex with her father all those years, and was terrified he would blame it on her because it was a violent death.

She planned to get to California to the Marine, but she had to come up with some money first.

That is as far as I have in my George defense.........but that just might work.

The best defense for Casey Anthony is a living Caylee, found and brought home.

The Anthonys insist she is alive because Casey says so, because Casey claims she knows who took her, specifically by name, physical recognition, longterm association and specific location of last known possession of the child.

There is no need for a trial or for any defense of Casey, in criminal court or in the court of opinion if Caylee is found.

It's that simple.

That forces the question: Why even set up a Casey Anthony Defense Fund asking for donations?

To me that just says:

  • Baez does not believe in his client.
  • The Anthonys don't believe in their daughter.
  • Baez does not believe Caylee is alive.
  • The Anthonys do not believe Caylee is alive or they think looking for Caylee is less important than collecting money for a defense that would be unnecessary if their daughter would talk something resembling the truth or even sense.

We have a circus with a lying clown family in the center ring.

The next best defense for Casey is "It's someone else's fault" aka "Zanny the Nanny and Her Sister Sam". It's already lined up in the event Caylee is found deceased.

For either the neglect charges now or for the murder charges that are sure to come eventually.

I think it would be ignorant based on her lies etc. to put her on the stand. The prosecutor would have a FIELD day with her! MOO!

What do you think?

I SOOOO hope that he does but I dont think he's that stupid. I would love to hear her cross examined by the prosecution!! lol

NO WAY Jose!! (sorry for that play on words):)

lol no way

Not no, but h377 no. She's just not that bright. She's a slow plotter, not a quick thinker. She'll sink herself for the prosecution. No way JB would allow it.

If he had a brain (still debating that myself) he wouldn't. She would incriminate herself all over the place.

NO WAY! Well, maybe, as weird as this case is rolling...

If I were a defense attorney...NO WAY!

I'm sure he'd be able to sell some sort of dysfunctional family "diagnosis". Casey never got what she needed, and then go into great detail about how the Casey today is a result of her upbringing. It would be really, really, ugly, and that's what it would take to attempt to humanize (if that's possible) Casey. It will be all about the blame... all about Casey...and how her life's been rough. It only takes one juror, ya know. Ugh.:furious:

OMG - how disturbing!

How would she defend all the evidence against her, particularly lying to law enforcement about everything? Could she even come up with a story that would convince a jury at all that she was looking for Caylee?

I think reasonable doubt would be easy to instill in a juror's mind.

Maybe we will finally get the truth..Maybe she could tell law enforcement where to find Caylee, alive or deceased, and finally bring her home. Oh sorry I think I dozed off..must have been dreaming while I was typing!
