What would the state like to show in opening arguments?

Usually opening statements are a prelude to what the State will show and prove happened to Caylee, and the person responsible. Let us first show you who this case is about - show video of Caylee at the nursing home. (I wonder if the Anthony's will claim ownership of this video and attempt to not allow the state to use it?) Then the 911 call, and questions & answers to LE by George and Cindy and by Casey. A short recitation of Casey's actions during those 31 days promising testimony that supports her lies and illegal activities - stealing from her gfather's account and from Amy. Finding the remains and identifying them. No pics here of remains, saving that for testimony from Kronk & CSI. The State will bring into evidence testimony from others just how much she lied and and tried to conseal the fact that her daughter was no longer live.

Yeah and be sure to show Casey peeing in a parking lot and sitting in a public bathroom with her face on the toilet seat, throwing up. That disgusts me. Not that I haven't worshiped at the porcelain throne a few times in my life, but FGS nobody should have their face and mouth resting on a public toilet seat. Blech!!!!! She is so GROSE!!!!! I am interested in the photos, I think it was NG that made everyone think all these photos were taken in the first 31 days, and I am pretty sure most of them weren't. NG tends to have a poetic license when it comes to issues that suit her. I know there are photos of her partying during those 31 days but I don't think there are that many.

Both the state and DT only have 7 minutes for their opening statements. You are not going to fit alot into those seven minutes. SA's will be jammed with facts, DT I would imagine will be fantasy. jmo

I remember when the autopsy report was released. There were no pictures of the remains but there was some written statement about the vegetation growth that had grown through the remains. I remember saying, I could have done without knowing that. I do feel bad for the jurors having to view those photos.
