What Would You Ask Ashton?***OPEN FOR DISCUSSION - POST INTERVIEW***

Who was the first to switch on to the meaning of Timer55?
Did the prosecution place any great signifcance on the video-taped search conducted by Dominic Casey? If so, what do they believe he was looking for?

RBBM--well done, Well Done!

Oh...thought of another one...or two...
Where did Baez really run off to that day?
What did Dr. Vass say could possibly have produced that much chloroform in the trunk?

Based on what you now know, or believe, about KC, would you consider any of her potential future children to be in danger? Would you consider anyone of any age to be in danger around her?

Why weren't the text messages and cell phone records and pings, showing her activity late June 15th through her meeting up with TL in the early evening of June 16th, 2008, brought in?

Why wasn't her online and cell phone activity shown? It went deadly quite after her many attempts to find someone/anyone to babysit Caylee so she could have her hot (stay at home watch a movie) date with TL? This technological silence was totally out of character for her. Once back on her cellphone, the pings showed her driving aimlessly until it was time to meet up with TL.

Why wasn't the man, who met the defendant at his computer store a few days before June 16th, 2008, and who saw her with Caylee around 4:00 PM at Walmart not called as a witness? He said he recognized them as she had spent a fair bit of time in his store only a few days before. He said, at Walmart Caylee was trailing fairly far behind...even as CMA went out the automatic doors without waiting for Caylee

Her phone and computer activity went dead, for approximately two hours, right after that sighting.

What was on the Home Depot video and why was it kept out?

Was there evidence that Casey had also planned to kill her parents?

(I believe there was)

From your perspective, just what was the deal with Lee Anthony - who very much seemed the Odd Man Out in this family. While he appeared to be anti-prosecution - was he? And did that make him pro-defense or was it that he didn't want anything to do with any of you?

Any idea what the LE meant when they said "Lee knows what he has done" early on in the case? (If you don't know the answer to that would you mind please asking Yuri that? :innocent:)

Why weren't Cindy & George's textmessages released? Cindy said she texted Casey daily (after Casey stopped calling/answering her phone).

Why didn't you show the jury George his work records? He was at work on June 16th. You could have asked his coworkers on the stand about his demeanor that day. Was he late? Nervous or his usual self? I don't think it would've made a difference but I ws wondering why the state didn't try to back up George's story.

Why didn't you open up the "can of death" for the jury to smell? Why didn't you take the jury to the "death car" and let them smell that?

Do you know where KC is living now and who is supporting her?

I seem to have a million questions.
We know there was no DNA on the neighbor's shovel but was there even one little speck of sand on it? -into- Why was there sand from the backyard sandbox at the Suburban site?
(I've always believed the sandbox was either Caylee's intital resting place, or OCA thought about burying her in it but realized it was too shallow and was too lazy to dig in the yard)

Through out the entire trial anything Casey didn't want to hear she shook her head negativly. Couldn't the prosecution object to her non verbal testimony?

Why didn't you enforce the law and prosecute CA for her perjury?

If I'm not mistaken, I think this question was asked during at least two interviews. The answers (paraphrasing) were the following:

- The decision wasn't up to them. I assumed he meant the decision was made by someone other than the prosecutors in the case.

- It would have been too costly and another circus type atmosphere would have occurred.

If your question is asked and his answer is anything close to the two reasons listed above, I would like him to give the name and title of the person responsible for making the decision not to pursue perjury charges against CA.

If the answer is, 'it would have been too costly' then ask him why since all the research has been done. The computer records and her time card prove that she was at work.

IMO

I would like to ask if any members of the prosecution team read here at WS.

I can take this one step further as I watched his answer in one of the interviews. This decision was made after he resigned, that it was the District Attorney's decision (LL) and he assumes cost was the primary reason for not pursuing it.
But let's ask that question and hear the answer again.

Jeff in the book says the jury spent most of their deliberation time trying to convince the 2 holdout jurors to vote NG. Jeff describes all 12 jurors in the book.I wonder if he knows(or suspects) who those 2 were? I'm sure he'd be too professional of course to ever divulge who, but just does he suspect/know.

If I remember correctly, we know who one of the 2 holdouts was. I believe it was the male black man with children of his own at home. Didn't he say something to the effect that he felt FCA was a horrible person?!

Just a gentle reminder -

This is a Q & A - No Discussion thread. :)
