As a nurse I've only had to code two children. One of whom was hit by a car on Mother's day. Two of us worked on him, trying to buy time so that his mother could make it to the hospital so that she could hold her child for one last time. Although this happened several years ago I still struggle with the loss of this child. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for prosecuters when the victim is a small child. My situation only lasted for hours but for the prosecutors it lasts for years.

I admire each of attorneys representing the state attorney's office. I respect the integrity that both JA and LDB have shown while preparing for this trial because a child who was murdered by her own mother, (IMO).


As to Baez and his representation to the court as to why he signed that stipulation, REFILE that motion for CONTEMPT. And the Anthonys, George and Cindy, lost any right they had to be acknowledged and treated as victims because they were Caylee's grand-parents. Please don't excuse their behaviors anymore. George and Cindy should be held to the same legal standard as any other person who deliberately and selfishly obstructed justice, tampered with evidence, lied to LE, to the SA's and to the judges.

Although you may not see us in that court room we are with you in spirit, proud of and supporting you. Now step up to that podium and give them he**!!

My 9 year old just fixed her own "oodles" for the first time. Caylee will never do that. Remember that. Remember Caylee.

Show ICA draped in the flag. Then show Caylee's cloths found with her remains. That will wipe any taste of doubt about ICA from the jury's minds.

Show Caylee on her ggrandfather's lap singing. The sight of that old man and that baby will destroy any trace of sympathy for CA and GA.

Keep your case as simple and as short as possible. Don't drag things out. The defense will already have worn the jury out.

Mr. Asthon and Mrs. Drane-Burdick - you are brilliant, dedicated and so much more. I don't know how you keep from just slapping JB sometimes. I really can't think of anything to improve or suggestions that may better your job, you 2 are on top of the game.

If I had 2 wishes --this is what they would be:

1. I hope that when trial comes, that you bring or put up a big picture of Caylee.

2. That when this trial is over that you prosecute to the fullest Cindy and George, mainly Cindy for every lie that she has told and for everything she has done to hinder the prosecution.

Other than that--GET EM!! You are doing an awesome job.

I was so very impressed with Mr. Ashton's knowledge and intelligence as he countered and questioned Dr. Furton. Dr. furton seemed to start to squirm when it appeared that Mr. Ashton 'had his number' so to speak'. The jury will also 'have his number', IMO.

I was so impressed with Ms. Drane-Burdicks's knowledge and intelligence as she countered and questioned Dr. Furton. She 'had his number' as well.

Both SA's are so impressive and have been throughout this case. I have absolutely no advice/opinions on how to improve on anything, nor am I qualified. I think they are both doing a wonderful job for little Caylee and all for the right reasons!

I so agree with everything you said. Just want to add that I especially admire how remarkably on the ball and well prepared JA is in dealing with all the ambush shenanigans. While I'm just stressed out hearing about the DT, not only does JA have a case to prepare and arguments to counter, but also has to anticipate an avalanche of the sneaky, devious manipulations, innuendo, and outright lies as well as bad behaviour and ongoing personal insults. It's like one long, bad acid trip and JA has to stay extra alert. Imagine if the prosecution weren''t hypervigilant- what the DT would get away with and place on the record as truth! So, extra kudos for that. Outstanding. Simply outstanding.

Focus on the duct tape. There is no possible explanation for duct tape around a baby's face except deliberate premeditated murder.

I would say the very best evidence for the closing argument would be:

1.) The phone call where ICA says "all they care about is Caylee".

2.) The duct tape.

3.) 31 days.

4.) The hair and the smell.

5.) The fact that she has lied and gotten away with it much of her life. Remind them that the A's have been making excuses for their daughter her whole life, even when they know the truth. Use GA's testimony about knowing ICA wasn't working and the "hidden" pregnancy. Tell the jury in no uncertain terms that they cannot let their sympathy for the A's cloud their own good common sense.

6.) And, most importantly during the closing, pause often and look at ICA. She will glare hatefully at you, and the jury will get to see what Caylee saw in the last moments of her life.

JB is so easily sidetracked and can never repeat a question the same way as first asked....

Also agree, that GA, CA, LA and DC (unless they are being truthful now) all need to be charged at some point and held responsible. If mama cindy and papa george had taught KC to be accountable, little Caylee would be here today.

You are officially five weeks away from jury selection!! Five Weeks!!

I would first like to say that I am very proud of all of you and everything you have done for Caylee these past few years. Your dedication to Caylee and her rights. Casey took Caylee's right to live nearly three years ago. Caylee has now put her trust in you to fight for her rights as a victim. You are her voice and will be speaking for her at this trial.

I agree that you should use Caylee's name as much as possible. The jury is going to fall in love with Caylee the moment they see a picture of her. She radiates so much light and love. Keep her front and center.

I know this is probably impossible, but I would love to see a clock in the courtroom for your opening statements. Have it start at 31 minutes and let it count down. Play the videos of Caylee at the nursing home. Have a jury listen to Caylee sing "Don't take Nana's sunshine away" and Caylee asking her great grandpa if he was "tired." Play 31 minutes of Caylee... being Caylee. Let the jury get to know Caylee and let her light resonate in them. Let them realize that Nana's sunshine was taken away. That a little bit of all our sunshine was taken away when Casey murdered Caylee. When the 31 minutes reach ZERO... Play Cindy's words on the 911 call "Somethings wrong... I found my daughters car today and it smells like a dead body in the damn car."

You want the jury to understand the significance of the 31 days... even though they were simply waiting out 31 minutes... they will get the significance... because even 31 minutes seems too long to report a baby missing! And if you are to believe Casey's original version of accounts in her written statement... she only spent 22 minutes searching for her "missing" baby on June 16th, 2008 before being seen with Tony at Blockbuster!

Always keep the focus on Caylee... remind the jury that the defense is going to try and take the focus off of Caylee and paint Casey as the victim... they can not allow that to happen. Casey is not the victim. She is the murderer!

Good Luck!! I can not wait to see how you all present this case to a jury! I have 100% faith that when all is said and done... Casey will be convicted of First Degree Murder. Whether she gets LWOP or the Death Penalty means very little to me. But if you really want to bring it home... you can simply play the call Casey made home where she states "All they care about is getting Caylee back." Needle meet Casey's arm!

If the prosecutors could get an age progression picture of Caylee, they could have a big impact on the life/death of Caylee Marie. Starting out with one of the last known photos of her, the "as she was" before her life was taken away. Next, the age progression photo "could have, should have, would have" showing how little Caylee Marie should now be a happy bright kindergarten child. The final third photo, the Caylee "is now photo" of the stain on the trunk liner - this is the evidence that Caylee left behind as proof of her existence. The final photo could be what was found of Caylee and assembled on the autopsy table ( but that is maybe too much of a jolt for the jurors). Although, for impact this might be exactly what is needed for the SA final statement to the jurors. Surely, the DT already is working on their Final pack of lies portraying ICA as not guilty. PS: by reason of inhumanity, not insanity.

The only thing I would tell the SA is that they are doing a Fantastic Job! They are there for Caylee and that is clear!! I have the the highest respect for them and what they do, their jobs are not easy or pleasant but neither was the murder of an innocent 2 year old little girl. Caylee's own flesh and blood has turned their backs on her in my opinion and the SA has made sure someone is standing up for her. They are doing a remarkable job and will see Justice for Caylee unlike the defense who is trying to make a mockery of this case and of Caylee's name!! The Good Guys will WIN this hands down!!

Please, please explain over and over again the meaning of "Reasonable Doubt". Depending on level of education/life experinces, etc, many jurors don't get it. They still think it means beyond the "Shadow of a Doubt. Many jurors won't convict because of this misunderstanding and many won't ask questions about the definition/explanation of the term.
