Where are the interviews with Mallory? texts?

Thanks magic-cat, I had almost forgotten about her! Where is that interview?!

That is a very good question! There's a lot we don't know yet.
That's a good thing! Anything that's held back at this point must be incriminating and it's still out of JB's reach.:)

Stay on topic of this thread and off of any other related subjects regarding Mallory.

Oops, sorry, didn't realize I was that far off-topic, but where are these interviews - surely they have interviewed her???

Great catch, Magic-Cat.

In addition to the other reasons that I believe she'd try to put her interview off, she might have further wish to avoid being interviewed because investigators might also ask about the donations to HelpFindCaylee. Wasn't Mallory's Mother the treasurer of the trust fund?

Anyone have a bookmarked link to the witness lists? Is Mallory on the States? I don't recall.

Here is the State's witness list and Mallory is on it:

I wouldn't think the state would put someone on the stand during trial without first having some idea of their testimony so there must be an interview somewhere. I want to see it!

Got a question for you guys:

Does anyone recall whether or not we've got any info. re: whether or not Mallory was asked when/dates that Casey went to Lee's house - either for a visit, overnight, etc.? I'm interested in any time that might have been discussed - pre-arrest, post-arrest, etc.

If you recall such a line of questioning, and can find it in the transcript pages for anyone, or could point me to the approximate time frame in same, I'd be ever so grateful.

Hey chez! I don't think we CAN recall it because I do not believe we have seen one word from Mallory-not a peep as far as I know...anyone?

If there is NOT an interview then what does that say? It would have to say she had refused the interview process and the supoena has not brought her in yet if in fact NO interview exists-don't you think? I mean, they interviewed fringe people for goodness sakes...surely we KNOW that MUST have interviewed Mallory...where is it?

SNIPPED: "Hey chez! I don't think we CAN recall it because I do not believe we have seen one word from Mallory-not a peep as far as I know...anyone?.."
I'm just making sure I haven't missed something while on a cat nap! LOL

It seems like we are missing quite a few things, it will be very interesting when this stuff does come out ! I just wonder if Mallory would be totally truthful with LE.

I went through the interviews with Cindy's co-workers again, and in light of the stories she has been telling lately, these co-worker's remember what was really happening back then. It is telling that they, only knowing part of the story, were suggesting that Cindy call LE. Cindy thought it more important to give Casey a chance to "explain".

Also Mallory is obviously dead in the middle of all of this and being Lee's girlfriend or fiance' would have some info I would think.

So where are the interviews with Mallory?
Where are those texts they excahnged where Casey told her she did not want to see anyone or talk to anyone, including her brother? This would seem to be pertinent info...so where is it?

I think she would have very insightful details to provide about the ongoing's in and around the Anthony home during June-July '08 (and then some).

The question is: being of no blood relation to them herself, what are the odds Mallory can lie to LE, follow any script and/or hold up under pressure as well as the rest of the family? Maybe that's why we haven't seen any interviews/texts from her - yet..

Tracey? and you're right after I read the Danny interview I forgot about Bobby. Can you imagine with all the time we've put into reading these, the number of hours it took for LE to put them together and to listen to the same tired crap over and over without ever getting the answers they need?

This is not the KC I know, KC loves Caylee, blah blah blah... They're right it's a different KC and this one murdered her baby. So how about forgetting the KC you knew and help LE figure out how this happened instead of making them listen to hours and hours of who the old KC was, the one who stole $56,000. from her parents and stole from her grandparents and friends, talked to her parents like they are the scum of the earth and told vicious lies about. The old KC was such an improvement, not.

Was it the old KC who took a picture of her baby, arms reaching out crying, heart broken, instead of picking her up and holding her in her arms? I really hate what she has done.

Yeah, I'm thinking Jose does a lot of reading here. It's one of the reasons he's so snarky all the time. He should just pack it in and try to salvage what's left of his career, if it's not already too late. What do you think?

I was unaware of KC stealing 56,000.00 from George and Cindy. Interesting. Can you tell me where you read/heard this information so I can find out more about it? TIA

If there is a Mallory interview, and I am assuming that there is one...then the only reason it has not yet been released is because LE is not ready (maybe still using information gleamed from the interview). That is the only thing that I can think of. Mallory has to have some information about the month that KC was not staying with the A's...

did anyone else hear the recorded telephone call Casey made to her mother
while in jail the first time? In this call Casey gets agitated with her mom because Casey insinuated it was her mom's fault she was in jail and her mom told her it was her own fault for lying to the detectives. So Casey got mad and wanted Tony's number and Mallory got on the phone and tried to get Casey to tell her if she knew what really happened to Caylee. I think in the beginning they believed Casey was hiding something about really happened just like all of us. At some point though they decided to believe Casey because
they don't want to risk losing her too. But they know and I think Mallory
still knows and will not choose to say she believes Casey. If I was SIL or gtf of Lee I would not either.

Hi Ladybugplus I don't think that was Mallory. I believe it was one of Casey's friends Christine that got on the phone.

I still have a hard time believing this was not passed along in discovery. In going through iclerk, there seems to be a few items that have been sealed that we have not really picked at. I mean, what is the point of picking if we really have no where to start?
Still, I wonder if her interview, the credit card receipts, the bat phone records and one or some of many other things we have pined for have been sealed, perhaps due to their probative v. prejudicial value? Is that a reason to seal, or would they just be tossed? Maybe KC bought something naughty on the credit card, dunno...
I know it is the probative stuff that counts, doesn't mean enquiring minds don't wanna know about the more prejudicial aspects!

Something has been bothering me ever since the initial information on the findings of high levels of chloroform in the trunk and the fact that LE has not released any Mallory interviews.

Going back to the beginning...

According to interviews, Casey knew her "Lake Vaj" group of friends due to them originally being good friends with Mallory. Mallory and some of these friends went to high school together.

Then ICA got very close to them also, hung out with them, became their "little sister" and partied with them at the house and got tatoos from them.

The owner of the "Lake Vaj" house had a dog and also mentioned using chloroform while he was in the military according to some of his postings on this site.

I remember a post of him talking about getting it from his vet to "calm" his dog before medicating it.

I have searched for this post and can no longer find it but it was posted very early in the investigation before Caylee was found.

This house is where the "anything but clothes" party was in May.

Does Mallory have any knowledge of these friends having access to chloroform or information on how ICA obtained the chlorofom and from who's house?

Could ICA have stolen a bottle of chloroform from the house during the "no clothes" party? (Consistent with her stealing from her friends when she needed things)

Could the high levels in the trunk have been due to a bottle of it not being closed properly, accidentally spilling its entire contents in the trunk of the car?

Could ICA have used some of it to put Caylee to sleep in the trunk to be with Tony that night and, in her hurry, not have closed the cap tightly, causing
the entire bottle of chloroform to be released and thus Caylee inhaled the entire bottle contents?

Is that why the levels where so high and that no Mallory info released?

I don't think ICA attempted to make chloroform. She is too lazy, but I think she knew someone used it to tranquilize their dog and researched it on the internet and then stole it and then to quote herself, became an "unfit mother" by using it on Caylee.

I have always thought there was something suspicious that right after the media announcement of skull found near ICA's house Mallory sped over there and was in the Anthony home for about 15 minutes before LE arrived and told her she had to leave that house. CA & GA were away, doing their interview$$$ with Larry King. What did Mallory go there for, to destroy or remove. Had to be something, I just keep thinking it wasn't to feed the dogs, as she claimed.
IMO

Totally agree. I hope she's locked up with the rest of them when it's all over. The idea of her staying with Lee and supporting Casey through this is unconscionable.

Either I am developing alzheimers, or my brain is totally fried from this circus. I have been here since "day 1" and I definitely do not recall some of your facts above. IIRC, KC became friends with the Lake Vaj group through Amy. When she went to work out of town and came back, KC was tight with them all.
I was here when SD was posting on this site, and he never said anything about choloroform. Quite the opposite IIRC.

Can someone refresh my memory?

Who was the guy who had the MySpace posting (photo and caption) about chloroform....

Your recollection is the same as mine...I don't think the owner of the Lake Vaj home had anything (even by theft) to do with this.

Mallory's deposition was completed a long time ago.

WKMG-Channel 6 anchor Erick Weber said the prosecutors spent several hours questioning Parker. "Detectives have never formally interviewed Parker, so it's unclear exactly what types of questions prosecutors hoped she would answer," Weber added.
(more information in article)

We might not see it if it is not going to be used. A the decision by both sides could be made that she does not bring anything new to the table that has not already been supported by others and therefore unnecessary to include in the process.
