ETA~ Though he claimed nothing was meant by it; just a kind of joke graphic. I tend to believe him because many people put up graphics and the intent isn't always understood. I can't find a topic thread for this (sorry). Often, until it's explained it can be taken the wrong way. However, did this one give ICA ideas? Also, ONE that stands out to me because there are several things in it that match up is not a graphic, but the album cover for (I think) "Seven Dust?" So sorry if OT.

I agree Totally Obsessed. I don't recall reading anything like that at all.

BTW, WHY would you "sedate" your dog with chloroform? Seems you would be "sedating" your dog to death if you did this!

Confusing chloroform with the drug Veterinarians use ,ketermine(sp?)or special K ,maybe? This is not ringing a bell with me either :waitasec:

It is confusing with all the different groups of people but
this group was friends with ICA long before she met Amy. Amy only knew her for over a year but ICA knew ID, SD, his brother, Annie long before.

I have always thought there was something suspicious that right after the media announcement of skull found near ICA's house Mallory sped over there and was in the Anthony home for about 15 minutes before LE arrived and told her she had to leave that house. CA & GA were away, doing their interview$$$ with Larry King. What did Mallory go there for, to destroy or remove. Had to be something, I just keep thinking it wasn't to feed the dogs, as she claimed.

Ever stop to think that maybe Mallory does not know anything. She was not part of the family, just Lee's girlfriend at the time. jmo

Mallory's mom is/was on the A's foundation's board of directors,wasn't she? That leads me to believe they (Mallory and her mom) were close enough to be in the A's inner circle AND they either bought in to the lie or saw a benefit to going along with the lie. Unlike the Milstead's and JW,we don't know enough about Mallory to form a clear opinion ,IMO.Heck,I can't even figure out what Lee thinks :crazy:

You're right. And when you love someone the best thing to do is to stay out of his family's business. I don't think she knows anything and I don't think she wants to. jmo

Casey approves of you" stuff/the bracelet nonsense...she's one of the Anthony family and not on the side of truth or Caylee. If she had a heart, she'd come out to help the SA imo.

He also stated he and Mallory graduated Colonial the same year (2002) and are good friends. Sounds to me like she has been more than just LA's gf. For what it's worth.

All very true. Maybe I'm hoping she has or will help the SA's. The last time Lee testified he seemed much more forthcoming and actually friendly with the SA's. JMO

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if their support reaches its limits soon, but the people involved with the Anthonys seem to have a strange cult like devotion, even to the point of their own downfall.

Something has been bothering me ever since the initial information on the findings of high levels of chloroform in the trunk and the fact that LE has not released any Mallory interviews.

Going back to the beginning...

According to interviews, Casey knew her "Lake Vaj" group of friends due to them originally being good friends with Mallory. Mallory and some of these friends went to high school together.

Then ICA got very close to them also, hung out with them, became their "little sister" and partied with them at the house and got tatoos from them.

The owner of the "Lake Vaj" house had a dog and also mentioned using chloroform while he was in the military according to some of his postings on this site.

I remember a post of him talking about getting it from his vet to "calm" his dog before medicating it.

I have searched for this post and can no longer find it but it was posted very early in the investigation before Caylee was found.

This house is where the "anything but clothes" party was in May.

Does Mallory have any knowledge of these friends having access to chloroform or information on how ICA obtained the chlorofom and from who's house?

Could ICA have stolen a bottle of chloroform from the house during the "no clothes" party? (Consistent with her stealing from her friends when she needed things)

Could the high levels in the trunk have been due to a bottle of it not being closed properly, accidentally spilling its entire contents in the trunk of the car?

Could ICA have used some of it to put Caylee to sleep in the trunk to be with Tony that night and, in her hurry, not have closed the cap tightly, causing
the entire bottle of chloroform to be released and thus Caylee inhaled the entire bottle contents?

Is that why the levels where so high and that no Mallory info released?

I don't think ICA attempted to make chloroform. She is too lazy, but I think she knew someone used it to tranquilize their dog and researched it on the internet and then stole it and then to quote herself, became an "unfit mother" by using it on Caylee.

Your recollection is the same as mine...I don't think the owner of the Lake Vaj home had anything (even by theft) to do with this.

SD was not the owner of the house, he just lived there and ran the Lake Vaj facebook site.

nobody i know has talked about it, or used it.
but honestly, anybody who has seen a movie (silence of the lambs, or any other cop/kidnapping/thriller movies), has heard about chloroform.
while in the military, we used chloroform to subdue rowdy detainees. and i know if you use too much or expose it to a person to much, it will kill them. and a small child, absolutely.

And to keep this on topic, it looks like the defense team is finally getting a transcript of Mallory's deposition, so, assuming they file the transcript with the court, and assuming we or the media spend the money for it, we should get to see it.

MM, what do you think about making a list of the 5-10 depo transcripts currently filed with the court that you think would be the most interesting for WS'ers and then taking up a collection (through proper mod-approved channels) specifically to get those copies only?

Or maybe first a poll to make sure you get the ones everyone wants to see lol.

I'm not sure I can accept that there was nothing in Mallory's deposition that was worth a look, and I'd say that despite this news that something has indeed been filed. There was nothing in a lot of people's depositions. So Casey texted Britney to come out to Fusion one night, so what. So Joy Wray is a basket case, so what. Lots of stuff has come out that has been irrelevant. But Mallory? No way. That's as 'in crowd' as one gets without actually signing one's name 'Anthony'. I really can't believe the media wouldn't be all over any deposition at all, this one in particular.

MM.. I've got cold hard cash just burning a hole in my pocket, say the word and it's yours!!

I'd love to see it. Wasn't it convenient that MP's depo was taken by the defense way back on 11/12/09, prior to ICA being declared innocent? Now the state has to pay for the transcription. Burns me up.
