totally off topic and I am so sorry but I cant let this person hurt for no reason! this pain is caused by a bad posture and lordosis, aka swayback which is fancy words for you're curving your back in too much. if you google for stetches for your hip extensors and learn to plank which strengthens abdomen and helps posture, it will help tons and never hurt again!

back ot as I voted and didnt comment before, I think I was a 7 but I waver between 6 and 7 because TH sure looks suspicious and statistically she is most likely to have harmed kyron, though I have seen nothing yet that convinces me any which way and the spectre of riley fox's father keeps me watchful for assumptions these days.

I must say that I'm at a 7. I was at a 9 a couple weeks ago, but the more time I spend wondering why she hasn't been arrested yet and reading the posts of you people up there riding the fence side-saddle, I can't help but question my 9-ness. So, for today, I'm a 7.

Let me add though- I do believe she did *something* wrong, I just don't know what it is. For example: maybe she got mixed up in the wrong crowd... and the crowd disappeared Kyron. (poor analogy, but you get the gist.)

LOL... see, now I'm probably weird here, but I really just can't make my brain accept she's guilty for the disappearance. My logical brain (that thinks the MCSO rocks and can do no wrong, for very personal reasons) thinks she must be. So I try every which way to cram that "fact" into my head, and my instincts keep screaming at me and spitting it back out. I want a nice, neat tidy answer, but my brain isn't having any of it.

As to the MFH plot, no. I don't think she is in any way, shape or form guilty, I don't believe this guy was their landscaper, I don't believe there was a discussion, I don't believe word one about the MFH plot. Uh uh. I'm so far away from guilty on that one, I'm in orbit.

The problem is, on the selfish side, there probably isn't anyone who wants TH to be guilty more than me. Then I could rest easy. I'd love it to be true. I just really don't think it is.

I'm waiting for her to speak, or something to go to trial. I need data. Real evidence. This circumstantial stuff is poop.

I really wish there were other folks interested in microexpressions, because I keep picking things up that are driving me crazy, but I have no other folks to talk to about them. *pout*

I'm a 3. I think TH is a self-absorbed person with questionable morals, but I haven't seen any real evidence that she would kill Kyron intentionally. If something happened, I believe it was accidental. I'm leaning more toward a non-family abduction or a simple wandering away and getting lost.

Steadfast, thanks for this poll because it's made me assess where I'm at in regards to TH's guilt or innocence.

I can say for sure that I'm not at 1 or 2 because of a few things TH has said or done that could be a sign of guilt. I'm also not at 8 or 9 because I haven't seen anything factual (IMO) that points to guilt 100 percent.

I've been as low as 3 and as high as 7. However, every time I am convinced to go to 6 or 7, something holds me back. Right now, I do not believe that TH killed Kyron and I do not believe she intentionally had him taken away by someone for bad purposes. I think the thing that won't let me say she's innocent 100% is because I think she may be guilty indirectly due to the people she got involved with.

I voted #8~I believe Terri is guilty. However, I acknowledge that there's a tiny chance I'm wrong.~

I am very firm in my stance. I do not even look back at the fence, nor do I teeter or even slightly "wabble" toward it. If I wabble in the slightest it is just toward #9, however I just do not feel I can firmly and comfortably stand there[in #9] until Kyron is found(and if fate has it that won't happen then I'm quite certain LE will have plenty they've held close to their vest that will get a conviction).. So when either of those two happen I'll make that leap right on up to #9 but until then I'm perfectly content where I am and feel quite secure of my current stance...
