Great idea. I'm standing on the ground on the guilty side.

I must have looked at it wrong.. I thought I had been reduced to a 9 but IF standing on the ground on the guilty side equates to being 10, I'm a 10 again...JMHO

You can absolutely start a thread on body language. Something like Body Language and Micro Expressions of Kyron's Family. Then you could start out the post by saying you study micro expressions and based on that, do not think TH is involved, for example (or whatever you feel based on what you have studied) and then give examples of why. Then you can ask others what their lay opinions on the body language of the people involved says. If an expert ever does a story on it, like that Lillian lady who posts on casey anthony and her family? then that can be added to the thread. I think it would be fascinating.

That is EXACTLY why I am waiting for SOME trial video. SOMETHING. If I could have 5 minutes of hearing TH talk about specific details of this case, that would plunk my rear solidly on one side of this fence or the other.

I never do well with abstract, I like concrete. But we can't discuss anyone but suspects, so.... there isn't much concrete to discuss in this case. Just a lot of circumstantial stuff, which to me.... doesn't hold a lot of water, yet. I need a lot of water in my guilty pool before I'm ready to dive in.

I'm an 8.5. I strongly believe TH is guilty. But not beyond a reasonable doubt. Mostly because we don't know *exactly* what happened yet...the story hasn't been told. But I absolutly believe she's in on it, and would be shocked if she's not. Therein lies the teeny, tiny, itty, bitty bit of possiblity that there are just a hell of a lot of coinkydinks that she can't account for her whereabout at the exact time that Kyron went missing.

Look, you guys, 10 could not be the "most guilty" position no matter what. There has to be an odd number of positions since you have to have an equal number of positions on each side (an even number), plus neutral. That's why 9 means completely, 100% guilty. 1 is on the ground at innocent, 2, 3, 4 are all on the innocent side, getting less innocent as you go up. 5 is neutral. Then on the other side, 6, 7, 8, getting more guilty, til you get to 9 on the ground at guilty.
So see, no 10. There has never been a 10 on the ground, and in this kind of diagram there will never be a 10 on the ground. If I got a fence with one more rail, there could be an 11.

Thank you for a great graphic, and a heck of a good thread. It is so interesting to see how folks absorb--reject--inhale, the few facts available in this case.

I voted 9, and meant it. That's sounds so rigid as I glance back on those words.

A pal once said if you really want to know someone don't watch their eyes, watch their feet. I cannot determine where TMH's feet are/were, but nowhere do they appear on the ground. From her silence to lack of humane qualities, there's something eerily off here.

We have swamps in La., their murky waters fail to reveal what lurks below. My opinion is TMH was in a swamp...MFH? Really? Who thinks like that? People who lack a conscience. What else are they capable of? Possibilities are without bounds, because they are without boundaries.

Whether TMH initiated this action, or was a target due to her lack of humanity I am not sure--but Kyron's disappearance can be linked to her actions IMHO.

I take no pride in my thoughts...it saddens me beyond words to believe a woman, a human being could be so void of soul to allow a 7 year old child to be thrown into harm's way.
