I don't know about you guys, but I would NOT want to be flying around in a plane that has a lien on it - who knows if he has kept up on the maintenance of that plane if he doesn't have money to make the payments.

Girl, you got that right! First off, I am not a huge fan of the little Buddy Holly planes anyway, but add to that this guy appears to be broke as a joke. :loser: Hmmmm...what interesting karma to think about. :justice:

Carp!!! I've got to start coming to this thread more often...I was 5 minutes away from the Sugarland airport at 5pm and would've made a little detour looksee for us! He did....more than once (FOUR times in fact!)....but all cases were "Dismissed for Other Reasons" by the courts in San Diego (more in a bit....)

There is currently NO active bankruptcy case...but the house in question IS under foreclosure...even though Macaluso attempted to sue the mortgage holders for unlawful foreclosure....but that case was also dismissed!

After what I just read, no doubt in MY mind who is wining/dining KC in hopes of scoring a huge deal! I bet Jose is back in Orlando and walked away....

I'm wondering.......hmmmmmmmmmmm.......if memory serves me correctly baez specifically asked for a "heads up" re the probation issue verdict. It was reported on twitter earlier that allegedly the order is ready and will be read/released at 11am tomorrow. I wonder if the plane HAD casey in it d/t allegedly being in California and now is being flown to Houston to admit her to that specific psych ward we were all worked up about earlier.............remember there is always a little bit of truth in every lie...........even re casey!

Actually it could be that she has to appear at least for intake. And if you look at the flight tracker it is a pretty straight shot across to Orlando from where they landed. Maybe who knows. :lol:

Agreed. Either that or it is a stop-over enroute back to Orlando because JB wanted to sneak her in for security reasons.

I am hoping that HHJBP discovered FCA did not serve probation and is going to enforce HHJS' oral sentence.

You are right! And if that's the case, that she is being admitted to the clinic in order to get out of the probation, it is also to continue to hold off ZG's case. I hope ZG bankrupts FCA and DT and anyone and everyone that can sue any member of the DT and anyone associated with FCA does so and wins.

At first I was thinking whoaaaa JP is going to be pizzed giving them a heads up and then they turn around and evade him?............but then thought, no he wouldn't be........because it's a win win situation for him, he upholds the law as intended AND casey's "safety" (smirk) is secured until everything dies down..........Food for thought......
