Where is Haleigh

I know you think that Haleigh wandered off that night, but did you know she only had one pair of shoes and they were in the MH? It was Feb and the grass was wet with dew and cold at night. The roads were not all paved, some of them are gravel and just dirt or sand in and around the MH parks. Just some thing else to consider.

I don't think Haleigh wandered off Bern, I think Haleigh knew exactly where she was going when she went out. I think she was going in search of Misty, on Tyler Street. I am in no way saying that Misty was on Tyler Street I am just saying Haleigh couldn't see her anywhere when she woke up in the middle of the night.I think it is possible that Haleigh may have wet the bed and woke up. Her pink shirt was in the dirty laundry pile by the back door.....according to LE and Misty. So, even if Misty were trying to fool LE and put out this scenario that someone came into the trailer and took Haleigh, she would have absolutely NO REASON to lie about the pink shirt. She honestly recalled that shirt is what she went to sleep in. When LE took Misty back into the trailer to ask if the pink shirt they saw in the laundry pile was indeed the pink shirt she meant that Haleigh had on I bet she was shocked, I really think Haleigh took that shirt off by herself because it was wet. I think sometime in the night Haleigh woke and changed her clothes because she was wet. Whether Misty was sleeping passed out or out of the trailer....I don't know and I can't guess.

As far as Haleigh's shoes go, I remember LE said they found a childs footprint in the woods, Ronald said her shoes were still in the house. So it could have been a bare footprint. I don't think the shoes being in the house is a big deal though. Kids go barefoot all the time. I know I do, even when it rains or when the grass is wet, I am in Alabama and it is still pretty chilly here in February but I still go barefoot. However, I am not totally excluding that someone who knew the circumstances in the trailer that night didn't go into the trailer and take her, either scenario is possible in my opinion and untilwe get some more info I can't make a more accurate guess.

Was it someone who knew her? Was her mouth duct taped shut at that point? Why take the shirt off? Could be to confuse an amber alert. So many questions... Still have to explain the door being propped open. If the back door was hard to get open she would go out the front, but what about the bricked back door? And that means Misty wasn't home, the trailer was small, Misty said she woke up and she was gone. They were all in the same room. But she could have wet the bed, taken her shirt off, went back to her room, found another one, left without shoes, propped the door open, once she got it open and left in the dark to go find Misty who says she was in bed with the kids. I really think someone took her out of the MH, or something happened that no one is talking about. JMO, sorry if it sounds like I am being stupid

Silly Bern, you do not sound like you are being stupid!! You have an opinion just like me. If you are like me you lay awake at night picturing the mobile home in your brain and going thru all different scenario's of that night. Lol....but not stupid, no way. No-one sounds stupid. Believe it or not I like reading everyone's opinion.

Exactly when did that "ten days" start? As well, isn't Hart the one that was supposedly in the know with a family member that was ready to spill some information? Is it that he is saying that THAT person is going to wait another 10 days before speaking? I'm rather confused by things...

confusing out of context yes....lol....I read it to mean LE would wait 10 days or more to make a statement. But I guess the family might be considering coming out and making a statement to the media. I wish we knew which side of the family this guy was talking about.

I am only guessing...so this IS MY OPINION ONLY...but Teresa was the one who was adamant about checking out this trailer and the area. IMO, she is the one spearheading any push to search there and will probably be the one to speak out if nothing is done.

My questions would have to be..."Why wait two or ten days? Why not speak up now and publically put it out there that LE has neglected to adequately search that area to put pressure on them?".

Now...this is contingent on the story being true in the first place and being reported correctly. (I hope it is true.)

I think that LE needs to start over. Get TES back out there, start new search groups, and start at the MH and work there way out again. I don't think anyone in the family on either side has her, but they could still rework that as they do a ground and water search. I also think that they should re check every RSO and assume a time line of 5pm to 3:30 am to cover all bases with them. I know it would be a huge expense but this is horrible for the families to endure. I couldn't get out of bed, not knowing where my little girl was each day that passed. It's not even my child and I think of her everyday. I post everyday, and hope that they will find her. Get her back on the news, generate some interest and do a massive search.

What if these family members learned from the C Anthony case, that if you wait 5 or 6 mo. that there will only be bones left, therefore, no cause of death can be made. Maybe someone in the family buried HC somewhere by the green trailer after LE had searched there and that is why TN or whoever, is so adament about searching there again. Just a thought.

I can barely say this, but I think Haleigh is no longer with us. I'm beginning to believe someone other than the major players are involved in her disappearance. However, I do believe M was negligent.

I listened to the show where TJ Hart announced this very same thing and my first thought was: How on earth could any parent of this little girl wait for another 10 days if they had even an inkling of a thought that Haleigh may be close or even at the Green Trailer? The only way I can see a parent not running to this green trailer to search for Haleigh is if that parent is the one who put her there in the first place. This is total lunacy. Is one of the parents about to confess to something, and why the ten more days BS?

I believe something happened to her, accidentally, drugs or whatever and both MC and RC knew from day 1, then had to figure out a story. That is why the stories are inconsistent and also why RC married MC.

Well I think someone should break their silence at this point! It has been to long I would be at my wits end ready to kick some booty. I can only hope that LE silence is for the saftey of Haleigh, but I started to have my doubt's when the article came out that there was still evidence that needed to be analyzed after 4 months. How can you get any useful tips when you don't allow the public any info ?

I do have a concern about the cousin , his friend that came with him. Something from the get go has not sat right with me in regards to this. With the family coming out about him , I don't feel they are trying to throw any one under the bus. They know him far better then any of us and after having a look at his MS page and looking further into his friend's said alot to me. LE could be watching them, in fact if they are not I would be suprised. I could be totally wrong and if I am in the end I will gladly eat crow.

I do not think Ron or Misty harmed Haleigh in any way. There is nothing supporting it at least not at this time. Some one knew those kids where alone that is my belief. I think in part of Misty's inconsistencies Ron has something to do with that. Ron doesnt want any one to know anything in regards to what had been going on because it might "look" bad in regards to the custody of the kids or didnt want Crystal to know what was really going on. If Misty says " look I wasn't home" What is that going to say in regards to Ron's decesion's as a parent ? Oh I forgot he was at work, how would he know? Well HE SHOULD KNOW what the h**l is going on on regards to his children , and what the person is doing in regards to watching his children. Was Misty out getting high trying to find something to score? How would that look..the list could go on and on.

I dealt with a man for years that Ron reminds me of. The way Ron talks, body language etc..And let me tell you it was all about how it was percieved to everyone who might be looking , what someone might think. The lies that spewed from his mouth while we were in court would blow you away but some how everyone believed. He could pass his life off as the " Brady Bunch " family to anyone looking. But what was really going on was totally different.
I know alot of people want to give "Kudos" to Ron for stepping up as a father and taking in his kids and raising them, they are few and far between. He did not get the kids the way everyone would like to beleive IMO. He railroaded the kids mother and threatened her after taking them. I can see it all in my head.
He took the kids for visitation and never returned them, and then had the money to go to court. I could give a rats bu** what the judge ordered. They run domestic cases through the court just like you run cattle on a drive. They do not take out the time to really look into what is really going on or what is in the best interest of our children. DCF has not been called to that home for no reason.
I have been through our domestic courts for over 8 years and have I witnessed some carp. There are some Judges that do take the time but there are few. Our courts are on overload which does not allow time to be thorough. Enough of my rant.. I just want to know where is Haleigh ? Ron and Misty need to step up and tell the truth about the things that are inconsistent, even if that means eating a little humble pie .Haleigh needs to come home and anybody and everyone should be talking. JMO as always.

Wow, Mysticrose. Your post really hit home with me. My ex-husband was just like the person you described. He also took my daughters during a court order visitation just to punish me for leaving him. He showed up in court with two attorneys and 23 people from a church he had gone to for sympathy and they all testified as to what a great and caring father he was. I was never allowed to work, or to have friends or to see my relatives while with him. I had no job, no money, I showed up without an attorney and the judge (later found out that the judge's wife had just left him just prior to my custody hearing) gave my daughters to my husband because he had a job and could take better care of them. He hunted me and my children for a week with a shotgun because he was not going to let me or my children go. I am too well aware of what judges can do and too much aware of how men like Ron can put on an act..........

I am sure you all have seen the latest article from BNN. Apparentley the family has requested for a certain property to be searched again. It is the property that I was trying to get more help in finding more info on about 3 or 4 different times when the RT was open but no one was interested. I could only find some basic info. but not who was staying there. It is the property by Rons old place on the river. There is about 1- 2 acres there. I believe this is the same spot that TN got run off from after being threaten they would be shot..any how I hope LE gets off their butts abnd gets over there to search..

I can't imagine why LE aren't there as we speak. They can read and hear this information the same as we can. Hope when they eventually search this place that they make sure to really search under the trailer and check all the floors in the trailer.

I have thought of many ways Haleighs disappearance could take.It's hard to put it all together because we don't know it all.I believe some one came to visit MC.(possibly one or a few people)I believe MC let this person in.she may or may not have been passed out on drugs later.I do think she was hung over from them from the weekend.I believe little JR.He saw a man in black(possibly African American)pick Haleigh up and take her.He heard or saw sqeaky shoes and felt or saw the couch bouncing.He said Haleigh didn't wake up when he took her.I don't know if MC was awake or passed out.But I do strongly feel she knew who took Haleigh.I don't know if Haleigh woke up after she was taken outside or not alive when she was taken outside.I feel what ever happened probably happened early around the time period she said JR and Haleigh had a fight and she put them in different rooms to watch movies.Haleighs movie was not in her player.Maybe some thing happened then and she never got to watch her movie.I feel Haleigh was taken to the dumpster area untill she could be taken some where else.some one maybe had to get a car?or some one come with a car to get Haleigh. I feel they should check further than they did on high way 17 (both ways)especially towards Palatka and both ways on buffallo Bluff Road.I pray I am wrong and she is ok.Her case bothers me and makes me sad.She is a very sweet and pretty little girl and I pray they do find her safely.I pray some one talks.I do believe believe some one or some people know something and are not saying anything.

For some reason LE concentrated on hwy 17 near Crescent City. What would make them go in that direction?

Is is possible that the van was used and then driven back to Crescent City where Chelsea lives? She reported it moved from where she left it AND it was damaged. That is the only thought I have so far.
